Engine, weight and speed reported in 2016

Does “foldable” mean it folds?
Not in the usual sense of a hinged frame collapsing into a compact package. The 2016 account describes disassembly: remove the wheels, then release one bolt so the front end hinges away. New Atlas said the process took about five minutes and that the separated parts could fit in a car trunk or station wagon, provided there was enough room for the tires. It did not give packed dimensions, so fit depends on the vehicle and available cargo space.

New Atlas estimated a price of around 75,000 Russian roubles—then a little over US$1,100—and reported that several dozen had been made.
