What was the Siberian Tiger camper?
The Siberian was a self-contained camper mounted on a heavy-duty pickup chassis, rather than a conventional towable trailer. New Atlas’s C.C. Weiss reported on June 11, 2012, that it was Tiger Adventure Vehicles’ largest and most expensive camper model at that time. The article framed the vehicle around a contrast: a truck and camper intended for off-road use, paired with a notably finished residential-style interior.
Those are the source’s period description and product claims, not a current model listing or an independent evaluation of its off-road performance. New Atlas’s June 2012 Siberian Tiger feature is the source for the specifications below.
What truck was it based on?
The 2012 feature described a Ford F-450 Crew Cab with a choice of a 6.8-liter V-10 gasoline engine or a 6.7-liter V-8 turbo-diesel. It also reported four-wheel drive, skid plates, and upgraded shocks as equipment on the F-450 configuration. These details reflect the vehicle described in that article; they should not be read as specifications for a currently offered truck or camper.

The camper’s reported all-aluminum structure used a three-point mounting system. Tiger’s stated purpose for the arrangement was to avoid transferring chassis torsion into the camper. That describes the design rationale reported at the time, not a measured result or independent durability finding.
How were the interior and living space equipped?
Kitchen and bathroom
The reported kitchen included a stainless-steel sink, Corian counter space, a recessed three-burner stove, a convection microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom had a porcelain toilet, a separate shower, a bamboo vanity, and a full-length mirror.

Sleeping and lounge area
The over-cab sleeping space held a modified king bed made with memory foam. The article also noted a skylight, ventilation, LED reading lights, and bedside shelves in that area. Dinette benches converted into a double bed, and a multi-directional television mount allowed the screen to be viewed from the cabin or bed.
Other reported features
Additional equipment included air conditioning, a furnace, a hot-water heater, an audio system, a pass-through to the truck cab, a wardrobe, exterior LED lights, and a backup camera. A 24-cubic-foot (680-liter) external storage locker was reported. Leather bench seating and a Winegard satellite-TV system were listed as options in the 2012 feature.

What off-grid equipment and capacities did it have?
The feature reported a 45-gallon (170-liter) fresh-water tank, 300 amp-hours of AGM battery capacity, and a 200-watt solar system. It also listed a Cummins generator for higher-power appliances, including the air conditioner and microwave. These are manufacturer specifications as relayed by New Atlas, not measured runtime, solar yield, or proof of energy independence. Actual operating time would depend on usage and conditions, details the article does not quantify.
