Its announced starting price is $99,995 plus $2,795 destination, before options and any dealer-specific pricing. The confirmed headline figures include a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 rated by Ram at 777 horsepower and a manufacturer-claimed 0–60 mph time of 3.5 seconds.
Why the TRX is a 2027 model, not a 2026 Ram 1500
Ram’s order announcement identifies the returning truck as the 2027 Ram 1500 TRX SRT, with U.S. orders open from June 22, 2026. Ram’s FAQ likewise lists it as available as of that date; actual dealer stock can vary, so availability should be checked locally. That distinction matters because the regular 2026 Ram 1500 lineup is a different model-year range with available 3.0-liter Hurricane engines, a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 and a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6. What makes it an off-road performance truck?
Ram’s announced hardware combines large tires, adaptive suspension and underbody and recovery equipment. The company lists 35-inch tires, 11.8 inches of ground clearance and up to 14 inches of rear axle travel. It names Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive performance shocks and Ram Active Terrain Dynamics suspension management. The order announcement does not specify the tire brand or complete tire fitment, so the 35-inch figure alone is not enough to identify a replacement tire.
