The 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead had a U.S. launch MSRP of $113,720 before destination, according to Dodge’s September 9, 2024 announcement. That was the manufacturer’s starting price—not a current dealer quote or a measure of what one is worth today. In return, buyers got a 710-hp, supercharged three-row SUV with a distinctive interior and exterior specification, extensive standard equipment, and performance claims Dodge put at 3.5 seconds to 60 mph and a 180-mph top speed.
What did the $113,720 launch price include?
Dodge announced the Hammerhead’s U.S. starting MSRP as $113,720, excluding destination, on September 9, 2024. The figure is specific to the Hammerhead edition and reflects its launch pricing; it does not establish a present-day asking price or transaction value. Dodge’s announcement is the source for the price and the equipment below.
Hellcat power in a three-row SUV
The Hammerhead uses a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI Hellcat V-8 rated by Dodge at 710 horsepower. Power goes through a TorqueFlite 8HP95 eight-speed automatic transmission, with steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
Dodge claimed a 0–60 mph time of 3.5 seconds, an 11.5-second quarter-mile, and a top speed of 180 mph. These are manufacturer-published figures, not results from an independent test reviewed here.

Hammerhead-specific appearance and cabin details
The special edition pairs a deep blue Night Moves exterior with Hammerhead Grey Laguna leather seats. Its distinguishing equipment includes:
- Sepia SRT Hellcat embroidery on the seatbacks
- 20-by-10-inch Satin Carbon wheels, a Satin Black painted hood, bright exhaust tips, and black six-piston Brembo brakes
- A premium-wrapped instrument panel, forged-carbon-fiber and light-black-chrome interior accents, and a suede headliner
- A leather-and-suede steering wheel with silver and sepia stitching, plus matching dual-color stitching in the cabin
Comfort, audio, technology, and driver assistance
Dodge listed a 10.1-inch touchscreen with navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, a sunroof, and a second-row console with armrest as standard equipment. The audio system is a 19-speaker Harman Kardon setup with an 825-watt amplifier.

Was the Hammerhead more expensive than other Durango editions?
Dodge’s August 2024 announcement set a $113,325 starting MSRP, before destination, for the distinct 2025 Durango SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet edition. That is $395 below the Hammerhead’s announced launch MSRP, but the two editions had different specifications; the Silver Bullet price should not be substituted for the Hammerhead’s. In December 2024, Dodge said production of HEMI-powered 2025 Durango models would continue into calendar year 2025 and included the Hammerhead among the limited-production editions. That historical statement does not confirm current inventory or availability. The production announcement describes the extension.
Is $113,720 worth it now?
The launch MSRP establishes what Dodge asked for the Hammerhead at introduction, not whether a particular example is worth its current price. A present-day value judgment depends on local listings or transaction data, destination and other charges, and—on a used vehicle—condition and mileage. No current inventory or transaction-price evidence is established here.

For a real comparison, weigh the vehicle’s asking price against alternatives available in the same market and date, then compare performance claims, seating and utility, included equipment, and condition or warranty coverage. Dodge’s published specifications describe the Hammerhead’s offering, but they do not establish its value against today’s alternatives or provide an independent road-test verdict.
