The U.S. Attorney’s Office says he agreed to forfeit more than 90 exotic collector vehicles, and vehicles seized to date will be sold to fund restitution for victims. The sentencing announcement names 17 vehicles but gives no sale date or auction venue.
What happened in the case?
U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman imposed the 160-month sentence on October 1, 2026. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas announced it on October 2, 2026. The sentence is for wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
The DOJ says Iley operated Clayton Texas Legacy Insurance Group, LLC, an insurance brokerage based in Cross Plains, Texas. Its earlier plea announcement described fraudulent credit-card activity using victims’ identifying information and a scam loan program, and named entities Iley controlled, including Texas Legacy Holdings and Enterprises, LLC, and Spartan Global Security, LLC, doing business as “Black Eagle PMC.” Those descriptions are the government’s account of the scheme; the sentencing release establishes the convictions and sentence.
Which vehicles does the sentencing announcement name?
The October 2 DOJ sentencing release lists these 17 vehicle entries under a preliminary order of forfeiture. This is the list in that announcement, not an inventory of every vehicle covered by the forfeiture agreement:

Several entries use abbreviated or unusual wording, including “Model Ave,” “Pontiac Model FB,” and “AM G M99.” The DOJ list does not establish more precise specifications for those entries. Its July 30 plea announcement calls the 1968 Pontiac a Firebird and gives an earlier vehicle list, but the October sentencing list is the later account of vehicles seized at that stage.
How many cars are covered, and will they be sold?
Iley agreed under his plea agreement to forfeit more than 90 exotic collector vehicles. That figure is broader than the 17 individual entries in the sentencing announcement. The DOJ says vehicles seized to date will be sold to fund restitution owed to victims of the fraud scheme.

The October 2 release does not identify an auction company or sale platform, venue, schedule, individual listing, or expected proceeds. It therefore does not provide a way to bid on a particular vehicle or establish when a sale will happen.

The stated purpose of selling seized vehicles is to fund restitution owed to victims. The announcement does not specify how much restitution is owed, how proceeds will be divided, or whether vehicle-sale proceeds will cover the full amount. It also gives no vehicle-by-vehicle appraisal or sale price.
