For the Delhi petrol-manual comparison, the Tata Aeris Pure Plus costs ₹60,000 more ex-showroom than Pure. Pure Plus adds useful equipment, including a touchscreen, rear camera, rear AC vents and additional safety features. Whether those additions are worth the premium depends on which ones you will use—and on the current on-road quote for your location.
Which versions does the ₹60,000 comparison cover?
The ₹60,000 difference applies to the listed Pure and Pure Plus pairings, but the main comparison here is the petrol-manual versions. CarMaths lists the Delhi ex-showroom prices as ₹6,14,990 for Pure and ₹6,74,990 for Pure Plus, checked in September 2026. V3Cars reports the same pair rounded to ₹6.15 lakh and ₹6.75 lakh in its September 2026 variant table. These are third-party published prices, not a live dealer quotation.
V3Cars also lists the following September 2026 ex-showroom prices for other fuel and transmission combinations. Confirm current prices and availability with a Tata dealer before choosing a variant.

What does Pure Plus add?
V3Cars’ variant guide lists these additions for Pure Plus, with equipment varying by powertrain:
- 8-inch touchscreen with four speakers
- Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
- Reverse parking camera
- Two front USB-C chargers
- Rear AC vents
- Tyre-pressure monitoring system (TPMS)
- Rear centre armrest with cup holders and co-driver vanity mirror
- Shark-fin antenna with GPS
- Hill-hold control
- Alloy wheels on petrol versions; CNG versions receive 14-inch styled steel wheels
Cruise control is listed for petrol AMT only and is unavailable with CNG AMT. Check the equipment on the exact vehicle you are considering; the V3Cars variant guide sets out its reported powertrain-specific differences.

Does the equipment justify the extra cost?
CarMaths counts seven gained features in its petrol-manual comparison and assigns them an estimated value of ₹53,975. That is CarMaths’ advisory valuation, not a market price, resale-value estimate or independent measure of what buyers are willing to pay. Its selected items and valuation do not cover every detail in V3Cars’ broader feature list, so the ₹53,975 figure should not be read as the price of all the additions.
Pure Plus is easier to justify if you want its factory-fitted rear camera, phone connectivity, rear ventilation or safety and stability aids. If those features are low priorities, Pure may be the better use of your budget. There is no independent buyer study establishing that the added equipment is objectively worth ₹60,000.

How to decide before booking
- Match fuel and gearbox. Compare Pure and Pure Plus for the same powertrain; equipment can differ between petrol, CNG, manual and AMT versions.
- Get the current on-road price. Ask a local authorized Tata dealer for a written quote for both variants, including insurance and applicable charges. Third-party ex-showroom figures are not buyer-specific totals.
- Prioritize the additions you will use. Consider whether the camera, touchscreen and wireless phone integration, rear AC vents, TPMS and other listed equipment matter in your regular driving.
- Confirm the actual car’s specification. Check the selected variant’s current equipment list with the dealer, especially for powertrain-dependent items such as cruise control and wheels.
Choose Pure Plus if the equipment you care about is worth the extra cost to you; otherwise, keep the ₹60,000 or assess another trim only if its additional features fit your needs.
