The Smorsche, Smerrari, Smorvette, Smaudi and Smamborghini are Photoshop joke concepts—not verified Smart conversion kits you can buy. Real Fortwo body kits do exist, but they are made for specific generations and body styles rather than these mashup designs.
Are the Smorsche, Smerrari, Smorvette, Smaudi and Smamborghini real?
No. The names refer to humorous images of Smart cars styled to resemble other marques. New Atlas described them as Photoshop work circulating in a joke email in its November 25, 2008 article. Its gallery labels include Smorsche Targa, Smerrari, Smamborghini, Smaudi AWD and Smorvette. The article’s author, Mike Hanlon, said the publication could not identify the images’ source; that does not establish who created them.
These images are best understood as visual jokes, not evidence of a manufacturer or seller offering those conversions. Do not treat the mashup names as product recommendations.

What real Smart Fortwo body kits are documented?
Smart Power Design: a four-piece kit for the 451
Smart Power Design lists a four-piece ABS body kit for Smart Fortwo 451 coupé and cabrio models from 2007 to 2014. The listed components are a front spoiler with black grille insert, two side skirts and a rear skirt. The product page describes color selection and an installation manual. It says the rear piece can be adapted for a twin center-exit exhaust or used with the stock exhaust.

The page listed the kit at €710 when accessed for this article. That is a changeable seller price, not a guaranteed current price or confirmation of stock. Check the seller’s listing and confirm fitment before ordering.

“Smart Fortwo body kit” does not identify one universal fitment. Smart’s official UK legacy-car history describes the Fortwo’s development across three generations, including the 451 and 453. The documented Smart Power Design kit is specifically for 451 coupé and cabrio vehicles from 2007–2014; its listing is not evidence of compatibility with other generations.

- Vehicle: Match the kit to the exact Fortwo generation, model years and body style—coupé or cabrio.
- Included parts and material: Confirm which panels are included and the stated material. The Smart Power Design listing specifies four ABS pieces.
- Exhaust clearance: Check whether the rear section works with your exhaust setup. The 451 kit listing describes adaptation for a twin center-exit exhaust or use with the stock exhaust.
- Finish and installation: Confirm color or paint requirements and whether the supplied instructions cover the work you plan to do.
- Price and ordering: Verify the current price, stock and seller terms directly; an online listing or request-price page alone does not guarantee availability.
- Product versus concept: A themed Photoshop image is not a kit specification. Rely on a real product listing and explicit fitment details.
