They serve different kinds of riding, so the useful comparison is not which one is “best,” but whether you need a conventional e-bike, a passenger-and-cargo platform, or an off-road powersports bike.
The announced U.S. prices were $1,999.99 for Myon and $1,699.99 for Muxi. Segway later reported that Xaber 300 began reaching select U.S. dealers on May 15, 2026, at $5,299.99. Those prices and performance figures are manufacturer-published claims, not independent test results.

Segway’s CES launch announcement covers Myon and Muxi and introduced Xaber 300. The company’s May 15 Xaber 300 release supplies the later dealer update and additional specifications. Segway’s CES campaign page names the models and points visitors to local stores for availability.
Myon: the conventional commuter and leisure e-bike
Myon is the closest of the three to a traditional bicycle format. Segway describes it as a step-through e-bike for commuting and recreational rides; a removable top tube is offered for riders who prefer that frame configuration. The company says riders can select Class 1, 2 or 3 operation. Because class selection can affect where an e-bike may be ridden, check local rules and the bike’s configured class before using paths or roads.

Segway lists a proprietary electronic shifting system paired with a 9-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain, along with its TurboTuned motor optimization and Intelligent Ride System. The company claims up to 80 miles of range and 85 Nm peak torque. These are manufacturer figures; the launch material does not establish a real-world range under specified rider, route, or weather conditions.
Muxi: compact utility, passenger and cargo use
Muxi uses a short-tail layout, low stand-over and upright riding position. Its compact utility focus makes it the relevant option if passenger or cargo carrying matters more than a conventional commuter setup. Segway specifies selectable Class 1 or 2 operation, a single-speed drivetrain and a direct-drive motor.
The company also lists Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, regenerative braking and traction control. Optional accessories announced for Muxi include a passenger kit with seat, foot pegs and wheel guards, a middle basket and fenders. Segway states that the passenger kit is for a passenger weighing up to 120 lb; follow the bike and accessory instructions and local rules rather than treating that limit as a general cargo rating.

Xaber 300: an off-road electric dirt bike, not an e-bike alternative
Xaber 300 belongs to a different category from Myon and Muxi. It is an electric dirt bike intended for off-road powersports use, not a bicycle for commuting or public bike paths. Segway reports three selectable power modes, a 72 V, 44 Ah battery using Samsung 50S cells, advanced suspension and four-piston hydraulic brakes.
In its May 2026 release, Segway reports 21 kW peak output, 187 lb weight, a 60 mph top speed, 0–50 mph acceleration in 5.5 seconds, and up to 62 miles of range in 150 mode. These are company-published specifications, not independent measurements; actual range and performance vary with riding conditions. Segway also said rider-control functions were planned for later over-the-air updates, so those functions should not be assumed to have been available at the time of that announcement.

Segway says Myon and Muxi share its Intelligent Ride System. The company describes it as including Apple Find My, AirLock proximity locking and unlocking, Lost Mode remote disable, over-the-air updates, a color TFT display, automatic headlights and app data syncing. Its Algorithm 2.0 is described as adjusting pedal assist based on sensor inputs. These are Segway’s feature descriptions, not independent assessments of performance or reliability.

Which one fits your use?
- Choose Myon as the starting point if you want a conventional e-bike for commuting or leisure and value selectable e-bike classes and multiple gears.
- Consider Muxi if a compact bike with passenger and cargo accessory options better matches your errands or short trips. Confirm accessory fit, passenger requirements and local regulations.
- Look at Xaber 300 only for off-road riding if you want a dirt bike rather than a bicycle-style commuter. Its speed and vehicle category make local riding rules and permitted locations especially important.
For Myon and Muxi, compare frame fit, intended route, carrying needs and chosen class as well as the spec sheet. Do not treat the Xaber’s speed, range or price as directly comparable to the two e-bikes: it is a distinct off-road vehicle category.

Segway’s January 2026 announcement said Myon was on sale through its U.S. store and dealers from January 6, and gave March 2026 as the Muxi U.S. availability window. The company’s May 15, 2026 release says Xaber 300 was available through select U.S. dealers, with additional inventory rolling out in following weeks. These announcements do not establish stock at a particular dealer today or availability outside the United States. Check Segway’s local store listings or contact a dealer for current inventory and confirm the exact model and accessory compatibility before purchase.
Segway attributed the lineup’s accessibility goal to its head of e-bike, Nick Howe, who said the technologies were intended to make cycling simpler for people who are not already cyclists. That is the company’s stated aim, not an independent evaluation of how easy each model is to ride.
