The electric Cayenne joins combustion and plug-in hybrid versions rather than replacing them.
Which Porsche electric SUVs are available or coming next?
The Macan Electric is the smaller of Porsche’s two electric SUV lines covered here, while the Cayenne Electric is the larger line. Porsche’s U.S. model page lists five 2027 Macan Electric variants. Porsche announced 2027 Cayenne Electric SUV and Coupe models, with deliveries beginning in Q1 2027. That delivery date is Porsche’s announced timing; a 2027 model-year designation does not mean a vehicle is available for immediate delivery during calendar year 2026.
The Cayenne Electric joins combustion and plug-in hybrid Cayennes. Porsche Cars North America president and CEO Timo Resch said the electric version “perfectly complements the existing ICE and Hybrid variants of the car which will continue to be sold alongside the new Cayenne Electric.” Porsche’s public-debut announcement describes that continuation.

The figures below are U.S. manufacturer-listed starting MSRPs, not transaction prices. Optional equipment, taxes, and other charges can increase the amount paid. Porsche’s Cayenne update separately identifies a $2,350 delivery, processing and handling fee.

Porsche’s September 16, 2026 U.S. update lists these MSRPs for the SUV and Coupe body styles:

The update says these models are available to order and that deliveries begin in Q1 2027. Its prices exclude a $2,350 delivery, processing and handling fee as well as other charges. Porsche also says the 2027 update expands Paint to Sample to 105 colors and adds optional electrically operated doors and a massage function with 4D audio. Cayenne acceleration and power
Porsche says the standard Cayenne Electric produces 300 kW (402 hp) in normal operation and 325 kW (435 hp) with Launch Control, with a 0–60 mph time of 4.5 seconds. For the Cayenne Turbo Electric, Porsche cites up to 850 kW (1,139 hp) and 1,106 lb-ft of torque with Launch Control, a 0–60 mph time of 2.4 seconds, and a 162 mph top track speed. These are U.S.-announcement figures; the corresponding Porsche U.S. Cayenne announcement provides the specifications.

Towing
Porsche quotes towing capacity of up to 3.5 tons (7,716 lb) for the Cayenne Electric if properly equipped. Confirm the exact vehicle’s equipment and applicable local requirements before planning to tow at that limit; the figure is a Porsche claim, not a guarantee for every configuration.
Charging and range
Porsche’s European technical release states up to 400 kW charging power and up to 642 km of range. Those are manufacturer figures in a European release, not U.S. EPA range ratings; charging results and range depend on the vehicle, charging conditions, and market. The release does not establish that every driver or charging site will achieve the quoted maximums. Porsche also describes optional wireless charging using a floor plate at up to 11 kW in its U.S. announcement. That does not establish compatibility with generic third-party equipment or universal availability across markets.

What is confirmed about Porsche electric SUVs after 2027?
The official material establishes the 2027 Macan Electric listings and the announced 2027 Cayenne Electric range and delivery timing. It does not establish a complete electric SUV roadmap after 2027. Later models, trims, or launch dates should therefore be treated as unconfirmed unless Porsche announces them.
