What Trans Am Depot sells
Trans Am Depot describes itself as a seller of new and vintage muscle cars and ground-up restorations. Its model page features the Outlaw and 50th Anniversary editions, which pair a modern platform with design cues from earlier Trans Am generations. The descriptions are the builder’s own; the specific equipment on a car depends on its configuration and should be checked against its build sheet.
The company also lists vintage cars and describes restoration services, including frame-up restorations and LS conversions. Those offerings are separate from the modern editions, and the company’s restoration page does not establish current inventory, service pricing, or compatibility for a particular vehicle.
How much does a Trans Am Depot Outlaw cost?
A Trans Am Depot Outlaw packet dated November 23, 2019 states a starting price of $129,000. That is a historical figure, not a verified current offer. The company’s current-model material describes editions and packages but does not provide a current price.

The 2019 packet also listed these optional prices. They should not be treated as current option quotes:

For a meaningful comparison, ask for a written quote that identifies the base vehicle or platform, included equipment, selected performance package, taxes, delivery, warranty, and build availability. The official contact page lists the company’s Tallahassee headquarters and says plant visits require reservations.

What features do the editions include?
50th Anniversary edition
Trans Am Depot describes the 50th Anniversary edition as a limited production of eight convertibles and eight hardtops. Its stated features include retro styling, carbon-fiber body panels, functional Ram Air, a custom interior, and braking and suspension options. Confirm whether a particular body style or build is available; the production description alone does not establish current inventory.
The current-model page lists 20-by-10-inch front and 20-by-11-inch rear wheels, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires sized 285/30/20 front and 305/30/20 rear, a one-inch lowering spring, and a performance sway-bar package. Its optional brake package is described with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers and two-piece cross-drilled rotors.

Outlaw edition
The Outlaw draws on 1970s Trans Am styling. The company lists retro seating and gauges, a shaker hood, graphics, optional T-tops, carbon exterior parts, and performance-package choices. The dated 2019 packet describes gold-inlay Snowflake-style wheels, Goodyear Eagle tires sized 285/35ZR20 front and 305/35ZR20 rear, lowering springs and sway bars, retro interior details, and carbon exterior components.
These Outlaw tire sizes differ from the sizes listed for the 50th Anniversary edition, and the dated packet and current model page may describe different configurations or model years. Do not combine them into a universal specification: verify the actual car’s wheel, tire, brake, and suspension fitment on its build sheet.

Power ratings and performance claims
The current-model page lists 600 hp, 700 hp, 800 hp, and 1,000 hp package ratings for both the Outlaw and 50th Anniversary editions. These are Trans Am Depot’s advertised ratings, not independently verified test results.
On its craftsmanship page, the company advertises “1000 HORSEPOWER | 1100 TORQUE |455 CUBIC INCHES| 1/4 MILE 9.4 – OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR!” The page does not provide independent test details or methodology for that claim. A separate 2017 company press release described that year’s Super Duty as limited to 50 cars and advertised 1,000 hp and 1,046 lb-ft of torque; those are historical claims about that model, not evidence of current availability.

What to verify before buying
Because package descriptions, dated option sheets, and individual listings do not establish the configuration or terms of a specific car, get the details in writing before comparing offers. Check:
- Exact edition and body style, such as hardtop or convertible.
- Base vehicle or platform and what the quoted price includes.
- Selected performance package, advertised output, and documentation supporting the rating.
- Body panels, paint, graphics, interior, and roof equipment.
- Wheel and tire sizes, brake components, and suspension setup for that specific build.
- Current build-slot availability, estimated delivery, warranty coverage, and service support.
Vintage cars and restoration work
The company’s new and vintage listings include a 1969 Pontiac Trans Am Ram Air III marked “Please call” and an example 2015 6T9 Judge listing with a $205,000 asking price. That single listing describes an LSX 454, a Whipple supercharger, 840 hp at the time described, and a 1,000 hp package included. Listings can change, and one asking price is not a market-wide valuation or confirmation that the car remains available.
For restoration or parts work, the restoration page describes frame-up restorations, LS conversions, and parts for sale. Ask for a written scope, parts list, pricing, and compatibility confirmation for your specific car.
