The eligibility rules, model prices and monthly installments below were reported separately by TechJuice; they are not confirmed by the Ministry announcement. TechJuice listed an application period of September 1–30, 2025, which has passed, so those details do not show that applications are open now.
What the official announcement confirmed
On September 3, 2025, the Ministry of Industries & Production stated: “Registration for EV bikes under NEV Policy 2025-30 has been opened for everyone!” It directed applicants to pave.gov.pk. This is a historical announcement that registration had opened; it does not confirm current application status, approved models, or financing terms.
The specific eligibility conditions and installment figures commonly associated with the scheme come from a TechJuice report, not from that Ministry announcement. Treat them as reported 2025 details and check the PAVE portal and current Ministry notices for any new round or updated terms.

Reported priority groups and quotas
TechJuice described students and low-income workers as priority applicants and reported quotas of 25% for women, 10% for delivery riders, and 10% for Balochistan residents. The report does not specify how overlapping categories were handled or provide official confirmation of these allocations.
Electric bike models and reported installments
TechJuice listed the following examples. The source did not state an installment term for these bike figures, so no term should be assumed. Prices and payments are reported figures, not confirmation that a model remains approved or available through PAVE.

The figures are not enough to compare real ownership costs: the report does not establish range, battery capacity across models, warranty, maintenance costs, or financing terms beyond the reported eligibility conditions. Confirm a current model list, final price, subsidy, payment schedule, and lender directly through PAVE or an authorized seller before making a purchase decision.

What the NEV policy says about subsidy amounts
The Ministry’s final NEV Policy 2025–30 gives initial reference cost-sharing amounts of PKR 65,000 per two-wheeler and PKR 400,000 per three-wheeler. The policy describes reductions in these amounts over later policy years, subject to review. These policy reference amounts are not necessarily the final subsidy for every applicant or model, and they differ from the PKR 50,000 bike subsidy and model-specific rickshaw prices in TechJuice’s report.
Application dates and reported selection figures
TechJuice reported that applications ran from September 1 through September 30, 2025, with e-balloting planned for October 1 if applications exceeded the quota. Both dates have passed; they do not establish that a new application window is open.

In a later 2025 report, TechJuice said that 40,000 two-wheeler applicants and 1,000 three-wheeler applicants were selected from more than 269,000 applications. Those are figures published by TechJuice, not independently verified official totals.

- Check the latest Ministry of Industries & Production notice for the applicable application dates, eligibility criteria, quota rules, and approved vehicle list.
- Before paying or signing, confirm the selected model’s current price, subsidy, installment amount and duration, participating lender, and any required insurance directly with the portal or an authorized seller.
The Ministry documented discussion of insurance rates in July 2025, but that discussion does not establish final rates or a currently available insurance offer.
