For U.S. shoppers, the verified 2025 prices in the available manufacturer listings put the Honda Rebel 500 and Kawasaki Eliminator below $10,000, including their listed destination charges. The evidence does not confirm ten distinct 2025 models at that price, so this guide lists the models it can verify rather than filling out a ten-bike ranking with unconfirmed prices or later model-year figures. Listed totals are not out-the-door quotes.
Verified 2025 cruiser prices under $10,000
These are manufacturer-listed U.S. prices for the 2025 model year. The totals below add the stated destination charge to base MSRP; they do not include taxes, title, registration, dealer charges, accessories, or other options.
| 2025 model and trim | Base MSRP | Destination | Base plus destination | Relevant specifications |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Honda Rebel 500 | $6,499 | $600 | $7,099 | 471 cc liquid-cooled parallel twin; six-speed manual; 27.2-inch seat height |
| Kawasaki Eliminator, non-ABS | $6,499 | $650 | $7,149 | 451 cc liquid-cooled parallel twin |
| Kawasaki Eliminator ABS | $6,799 | $650 | $7,449 | 451 cc liquid-cooled parallel twin |
| Honda Rebel 500 ABS SE | $6,999 | $600 | $7,599 | Rebel 500 trim; Honda lists ABS SE as a separate configuration, not a separate motorcycle family |
Honda’s listed specifications and prices are on its 2025 Rebel 500 page and 2025 Rebel 500 ABS SE page. Kawasaki’s 2025 U.S. prices and engine specification are on its Eliminator page. Prices, availability, and dealer charges can vary; confirm the price and trim with a local dealer before committing.
How to compare these options
Choose the trim by its equipment, not just the headline price
The Eliminator is listed in non-ABS and ABS versions, with a $300 difference in base MSRP and the same stated destination charge. Honda lists the Rebel 500 and a higher-priced ABS SE trim. Check the exact model-year equipment and configuration on the manufacturer page and dealer quote; do not assume that prices for one trim apply to another.

Consider fit as well as engine size
The Rebel 500’s published seat height is 27.2 inches. A low seat can help some riders reach the ground, but seat height alone does not establish how a motorcycle will fit: rider inseam, seat shape, handlebar reach, and foot controls matter too. Sit on or test ride the specific bike if possible. The cited 2025 Eliminator listing establishes its 451 cc liquid-cooled parallel twin, but does not provide a seat-height figure in the material available here.
Account for passenger and luggage needs
Honda lists bolt-on options for the Rebel 500, including passenger seating and luggage. Those accessories may increase the total, and the listed motorcycle price does not establish the cost of a configured bike. Ask the dealer to itemize accessories and installation separately. Do not assume that an accessory shown for one model fits another.

What the under-$10,000 figure does—and does not—mean
In this comparison, “under $10,000” means the manufacturer-listed base MSRP plus the stated destination charge remains below that threshold. It is not a promise that a buyer can complete a purchase for that amount. Taxes, title, registration, dealer fees, accessories, and local availability affect the final price; request an itemized out-the-door quote for the exact model and trim.
Model year matters. Kawasaki’s current U.S. lineup lists the Vulcan S at a $7,649 starting MSRP and the Vulcan 900 at $9,599, but those current figures do not verify either motorcycle’s 2025 price. Kawasaki also states that its starting MSRP excludes destination, options, taxes, title, license, dealer fees, and other charges. See the current Kawasaki cruiser lineup for current context, not as evidence for a 2025 comparison.

Royal Enfield’s current U.S. Meteor 350 page displays 2027 model-year pricing, so those figures cannot establish its 2025 price. The retrieved Super Meteor 650 page identifies it as a cruiser but does not establish a 2025 MSRP. Neither belongs in a verified 2025 price list on the evidence available. See the current Meteor 350 page and Super Meteor 650 page for their respective model information.
