What MG has confirmed about the Indulge Edition
India Today reported on October 8, 2026, that MG had teased the Indulge Edition as a more exclusive, premium Windsor experience. That is MG’s positioning as relayed by the report; specific design changes, features, and mechanical details were not disclosed. India Today’s teaser report is the cited account of what was known at that point.

The report connected the teaser with two years of the Windsor in India. It also relayed MG’s claim that more than 80,000 families had chosen the model, and the company’s claim that it was India’s No. 1 EV by its stated sales achievement. What has not been announced
The cited teaser coverage did not establish the Indulge Edition’s launch date, price, production limit, booking or delivery availability, or exact changes to equipment and specifications. Treat those details as unannounced rather than relying on speculation or carrying over features from another edition.

How it differs from the 2025 Windsor Inspire Edition
MG’s previous Windsor special edition was the Inspire Edition, launched in October 2025 to mark the model’s first year in India. MG said it would produce 300 units and specified a two-tone exterior, R18 black alloy wheels with rose-gold cladding, a Sangria Red and black interior, and seats reclining to 135 degrees. Those are Inspire Edition details, not confirmed Indulge Edition features. MG’s Inspire Edition announcement records the earlier edition’s stated details.
The Inspire Edition shows that MG has previously used a limited-run Windsor edition to add distinctive styling and cabin details. It does not prove that Indulge will have a production cap, the same equipment, or any particular price premium.

Windsor specifications: use the right date and variant
Published Windsor figures depend on the model version and the date of the source. MG’s September 2024 launch announcement described the original Windsor with a 38-kWh battery, a claimed 331-km range, a 100-kW motor, and Aero Lounge seats reclining to 135 degrees. These are launch-period specifications, not confirmed Indulge Edition specifications or necessarily current figures for every variant. In its October 8, 2026 report, India Today described standard Windsor battery options of 38 kWh and 52.9 kWh, with claimed ranges of 332 km and 449 km respectively, and output of 100 kW / 136 PS. The report did not confirm an Indulge-specific powertrain. Check MG’s live specifications for the exact variant and current figures before comparing vehicles.

MG’s product page lists the Windsor EV Excite, Exclusive, and Essence variants. It also lists mud flaps, 3D cabin-and-boot mats, an infotainment screen guard, a car cover, and sun shades. These are general Windsor listings; the page does not establish that any accessory fits Indulge or is available through a particular marketplace. Check MG’s Windsor EV page for current variant and accessory information, and confirm fitment for the exact vehicle before buying.
