₹20.72 lakh is not a confirmed Narayanpur on-road price. ZigWheels displays an estimated base amount of ₹20,71,837, but its detailed listing identifies the price as Delhi and says a Narayanpur figure is unavailable. JSW MG Motor India lists the base Excite 7S at ₹19,49,800 ex-showroom and advises buyers to contact an MG dealer for the latest on-road price.
What the ₹20.72 lakh estimate includes—and why it may not apply in Narayanpur
ZigWheels breaks its ₹20,71,837 estimate into ₹19,49,800 ex-showroom, ₹24,098 for RTO and other charges, and ₹97,939 for insurance. Those figures are shown as a Delhi estimate, not a local Narayanpur quote. Other vehicle-price aggregators also show differing totals and location assumptions, so the estimate should not be treated as the amount payable in Narayanpur. ZigWheels’ listing shows the location caveat.
The on-road total depends on the applicable registration and other charges, insurance selection, and any dealer charges. Ask an MG dealer serving Narayanpur for a written, itemised quote before comparing totals or making a booking. The manufacturer’s product page directs customers to a dealer for the latest on-road price. CarWale and CarDekho also publish estimates, but a third-party listing does not establish a final local quote.
Official ex-showroom prices by variant
JSW MG Motor India’s launch release dated 26 August 2026 lists the following ex-showroom prices. These are not on-road prices and do not include the location-specific items in a dealer quote.

Full ownership and BaaS are different price offers
The launch release also lists a limited introductory Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) offer starting at ₹13.99 lakh, plus battery rental of ₹4.90 per kilometre. That lower upfront figure is not the full-ownership price: the per-kilometre rental is an additional running cost. Compare the offer terms and expected driving distance rather than comparing the BaaS starting price directly with a full-ownership on-road total. MG’s release gives the stated introductory terms.
