But the claimed $69,000 starting price is not verified as a current U.S. price: the official pricing located is specific to Mexico, India, the UK, and China. Both power and price depend on market and trim.
How much horsepower does the MG Cyberster have?
There is no single output figure for every Cyberster. MG Motor Mexico lists 536 HP maximum for its AWD specification, with a 250 kW rear motor and a 150 kW front motor. The same Mexico page gives that version a 3.7-second 0–100 km/h time and up to 446 km of WLTP range. These are manufacturer specifications for the Mexico-market configuration, not independent test results. MG Motor Mexico’s Cyberster page

Other markets and versions carry different figures. SAIC MG’s China page lists 544 PS and 725 N·m for the Legend AWD, with 0–100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. The company says the power and torque figures come from SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle laboratory data; it also cautions that acceleration can vary with battery charge, temperature, road grip, and gradient. PS and HP are different units, so 544 PS should not be presented as 544 HP. SAIC MG China’s Cyberster page
For India, JSW MG Motor’s July 25, 2025 launch announcement specifies a dual-motor AWD model rated at 510 PS and 725 N·m, reaching 100 km/h from rest in 3.2 seconds. Its stated battery capacity is 77 kWh. Those specifications describe the India-market launch version. JSW MG Motor India’s launch announcement

How much does the MG Cyberster cost?
The $69,000 starting price in the headline cannot be confirmed as an official current U.S. price from the available manufacturer sources. A broad search found no official U.S. listing to support it; that does not prove no such offer has ever existed. Without a source identifying its market, trim, date, and price basis, it should not be treated as a verified U.S. MSRP.

What do the range and acceleration figures actually tell you?
The headline performance numbers are manufacturer claims for particular regional versions. The Mexico AWD page lists 0–100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and up to 446 km under WLTP. India’s 2025 launch specification gives 3.2 seconds and 580 km under MIDC. Because WLTP and MIDC are different test cycles, those range figures should not be read as a like-for-like comparison or a promise of real-world driving distance.

Equipment depends on the country and trim. MG Motor Mexico lists features including electric scissor doors, an electric soft top, three screens, and Bose audio. These are claims for the Mexico listing, not a guarantee that every Cyberster sold elsewhere has the same standard equipment.

Before comparing listings, check the precise trim and drivetrain, then confirm the included equipment with the local retailer. MG Motor UK’s page also states a 7-year, 80,000-mile warranty for MG models; buyers should verify the current warranty terms and how they apply to the Cyberster in their market.
