What happened in the crash?
Contemporary reports said the Murciélago struck a pole on Varshavskoye Highway, near the Yuzhnaya metro area in Moscow. The crash happened on March 25, 2016. NEWSru.com and Moscow 24 identified the car as belonging to Russian MMA fighter Adam Yandiev, who was not in the car at the time. NEWSru.com’s March 25 report and Moscow 24’s March 26 report described the incident and its location.
Who was driving Yandiev’s Lamborghini?
Reports said the car was in a service center’s care for work when an employee drove it. The outlets differed on the exact task, describing diagnostic or service work; the shared point is that the car was with a service center. Moscow 24 later named the driver as Dmitry Shcherbatov and reported that he died in hospital. Its March 30 follow-up reported his death.
Did the passenger survive?
Initial accounts said the passenger was hospitalized in a coma. On March 30, Govorit Moskva reported that he had died in intensive care on the fifth day after the crash, citing LifeNews; the report described him as 30 years old. That follow-up brought the reported death toll to two. Govorit Moskva’s March 30 report covered the passenger’s death.

How fast was the Lamborghini going?
Moscow 24 reported an estimate of about 200 km/h, attributing the figure to unspecified reports. That is a reported estimate, not a confirmed measurement or an official reconstruction established by the sources cited here. The reports also do not establish a final official determination of what caused the crash.
