The styling makes that focus visible. Large aerodynamic elements and an unusually purposeful body give the Senna a distinctive appearance, rather than the restrained look of a conventional road-going supercar. McLaren’s official gallery is the best source for its imagery and design details. The sources cited here do not establish independent impressions of ride, comfort, noise, practicality, or on-road handling, so those qualities should not be inferred from the headline performance figures.
For model-year context, Car and Driver’s 2019 Senna page also identifies a mid-mounted 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 rated at 789 horsepower and 590 lb-ft, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

How many McLaren Sennas were made?
The launch-era account from the Ayrton Senna official site says production was limited to 500 cars and that all 500 had been allocated. That is historical allocation information; it does not establish present-day availability.
Is the McLaren Senna road legal?

Ayrton Senna’s nephew and McLaren ambassador Bruno Senna said the car “honours my uncle” through its focus on the driver and connection with the vehicle. These are promotional statements from launch, not independent test conclusions.
