Manthey’s separate 911 GT3 Cup Manthey race car should not be assumed to be one of the anniversary models. Manthey describes that car as an in-house development, and its news index says it entered the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours with Griesemann Gruppe after its 2025 debut season. Porsche announced on 8 October 2026 that it had increased its stake in Manthey Racing GmbH to 67 percent. That ownership announcement appeared alongside the preview of the two anniversary models, but it does not supply their names or technical details. Manthey lists four business divisions: Racing, Road Cars, Experience and Race Cars. Its managing director, Martin Raeder, described the company’s development from its beginnings in Meuspath to international work in GT racing, road cars, race cars and experiences. The anniversary release presents that account as Manthey’s own description of its growth, not as an independent industry assessment.
