What power does MANSORY claim for the RS6?
MANSORY’s current Audi RS6 product page describes a 1,000 HP stage and lists a top speed of 325 km/h. Its RS6 Avant C8 customization overview, last updated 14 November 2025, lists two higher-output configurations:

The product-page 1,000 HP stage and the overview’s 962 hp and 1,080 hp packages are not interchangeable labels: they appear in different MANSORY materials and describe distinct specifications. The overview also cautions that prices and technical specifications may change without notice.
How does the conversion reach more than 1,000 hp?
MANSORY attributes the increase to a combination of turbocharger changes, engine-management tuning and supporting hardware, rather than to software alone. The precise parts depend on the stage and configuration.

Hardware listed for the 1,000 HP stage
The product page describes modified OEM turbochargers with enlarged turbine and compressor components and reinforced axial bearings. It also lists upgraded boost-pressure sensors, high-performance air filters, catless downpipes, water-cooled intercoolers, an enlarged intake manifold and larger intake hoses. MANSORY says the package uses modified engine-management software and custom engine software.
Parts in the dated overview
The overview lists modified OEM turbochargers, custom engine-control remapping, exhaust and downpipe hardware, a high-flow sport air filter, turbo inlet adapter, high-performance airbox, intercooler and a 4-bar boost-pressure sensor. The higher-output configuration also lists high-pressure fuel pumps. These parts should not be assumed to come with every RS6 or every MANSORY stage.

Are the horsepower figures independently verified?
The cited figures come from MANSORY’s own product page and technical overview. Neither source is an independent dynamometer report or road test, so the listed outputs are manufacturer claims; the sources do not establish independently measured results.

When MANSORY announced its RS6 Avant conversion on 12 March 2020, the company stated an output of 730 bhp (537 kW) and 1,000 Nm, with a claimed 0–100 km/h time of 3.2 seconds. - Configuration: Confirm which output stage and hardware specification a quote covers; MANSORY’s documented packages differ.
- Exhaust and emissions: The overview distinguishes a package with a 300-cell catalytic converter from the “without Cat” P1080 configuration. The cited specifications do not establish emissions legality for a particular location.
