Lexus of Perth opened its second Perth dealership on 1 September 2025 at 112 North Lake Road in Myaree, south of the river. The site is also referred to as the Melville dealership. The existing Osborne Park location remains listed at 359 Scarborough Beach Road.
Where is the new Lexus dealership in Perth?
The new location is at 112 North Lake Road, Myaree. Lexus of Perth calls it the Melville dealership, so both names refer to the south-of-the-river site. The official dealer page lists two Perth locations:

When did Lexus Melville open?
The Myaree dealership opened on 1 September 2025, according to reports by PerthNow and GoAuto. PerthNow reported that the location made its first sale within 30 minutes of opening: a plug-in hybrid RX. The report does not identify the exact RX variant, and the opening-day sale is an anecdote rather than evidence of ongoing sales or demand.

Why did Lexus open a south-of-the-river site?
Managing director David Jeary said the expansion was intended to make the sales and service experience more convenient for residents south of the river, some of whom would otherwise travel to Osborne Park for a dealership visit, PerthNow reported. No independent study or travel-time measurement establishes how much the new location changes journey times or access.
PerthNow also reported that the North Lake Road site underwent nearly a year of renovation and remodelling before opening. Jeary described a more homely environment featuring art, plants and landscaping; that is his characterization of the dealership, not an independent design assessment.

Who leads the new dealership?
GoAuto reported that Sam Jeary was appointed to lead the new location. The publication said she had more than five years of automotive experience, including most recently managing Lexus in Tasmania.

Because hours, service offerings and appointment availability can change, confirm them with Lexus of Perth before travelling. The opening announcement establishes the dealership’s intended role in providing sales and service access, but does not guarantee a particular service is currently available at Myaree.
