It is reported to be a bespoke, carbon-bodied sports car based on an Aston Martin Vantage—not a confirmed production-ready new model. Its proposed 4.3-litre naturally aspirated V8, manual gearbox, weight target and limited build remain project plans rather than finalized specifications.
What is the Larkin Feroxa?
The Feroxa is a bespoke speedster project created by British engineer Douglas Larkin. Contemporary reports describe it as a Vantage-based conversion or coachbuilt car: it uses the bonded aluminium chassis of Aston Martin Vantage models built from 2006 to 2018, while replacing the original exterior bodywork with a carbon-fibre design. auto motor und sport and Autoblog reported the Vantage basis and bodywork in July 2025.
That distinction matters: the Feroxa is not presented in these reports as a clean-sheet car, and the prototype showing should not be mistaken for proof that customer production has started.

The V8 is the configuration named in the Goodwood reveal coverage. The reported V12 option broadens the proposed range, but the available figures do not establish final performance, acceleration or top speed.
How many Larkin Feroxas are planned?
Contemporary coverage described a proposed production cap of ten cars and a target weight of about or below 1,300 kg. These are stated intentions and targets, not evidence that ten cars were built or that a finished car met the weight target. Neither source supplied a confirmed price. auto motor und sport and Autoblog reported those plans in July 2025.

The prototype was present at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, where PistonHeads reported it parked outside its stand. Other contemporary coverage described the project as incomplete, including an unfinished interior. That makes the event a public showing of a prototype, not confirmation of a completed road car or production launch. PistonHeads published its Goodwood account on 21 July 2025.
