The Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder is a mid-engine, open-top V10 offered in distinct all-wheel-drive and rear-wheel-drive versions. Lamborghini lists the AWD model at 640 CV, 325 km/h (202 mph), and 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) in 3.1 seconds; its RWD counterpart is listed at 610 CV and 3.5 seconds for the same sprint. Historical U.S. MSRP listings vary by model year and source, so they should not be read as current used-car prices.
What is the Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder?
The Huracán EVO Spyder is the open-top version of Lamborghini’s Huracán EVO. The manufacturer’s specifications distinguish an electronically controlled AWD model from a separate RWD variant. That distinction matters: their listed power, acceleration, and some design details differ.
This is a specification-led overview, not a hands-on road test. Lamborghini’s official pages describe the car’s engineering and styling, but the figures below are manufacturer-listed specifications rather than independent measured results.
What engine does the Huracán EVO Spyder have?
Lamborghini lists the AWD Spyder with a naturally aspirated 5,204 cm³ (317.6 cu in) V10 producing 640 CV (470 kW) at 8,000 rpm. The manufacturer also lists a seven-speed Lamborghini Dual Clutch transmission and electronically controlled four-wheel drive. Its stated combined fuel economy is 15 mpg EPA. The RWD Spyder uses the same listed displacement, 5,204 cm³, and Lamborghini rates it at 610 CV (449 kW) at 8,000 rpm. The RWD model page also identifies an 8.4-inch multi-touch display. Lamborghini’s Huracán EVO RWD Spyder page
How fast is the Huracán EVO Spyder?
Lamborghini lists the AWD Spyder’s top speed as 325 km/h (202 mph) and its 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) time as 3.1 seconds. These are manufacturer specifications, not independently timed results.
For the RWD Spyder, Lamborghini lists a top speed of 324 km/h and a 0–100 km/h time of 3.5 seconds. The difference in the published acceleration figures is 0.4 seconds; it does not establish which version feels more engaging or performs better in every real-world condition.

Lamborghini says the Spyder’s design was intended to remove the roof without giving up aerodynamic efficiency or torsional stiffness, while retaining the car’s lines and proportions. The official model page presents imagery and design material, including front aerodynamic details, hood inlets, side-skirt air intakes, and exhaust styling. The 2021 AWD MSRP listing and the 2020 AWD listing differ, and the sources report horsepower differently: Cars.com gives a 630 hp database figure for its 2021 AWD trim, while Lamborghini’s official AWD page lists 640 CV (470 kW). These figures come from different sources and listings; do not treat them as interchangeable units or as evidence of a current price change.
What to check when buying a used Spyder
An authorized Lamborghini dealer’s pre-owned inventory is one possible place to look, but a single listing is not a market survey and availability or asking prices can change. Lamborghini Beverly Hills pre-owned inventory
Assess any specific car on its own documentation and condition. Confirm model year and drivetrain, then review mileage, options, condition, service records, and the seller’s terms. The sources cited here do not establish long-term reliability, routine service or repair costs, warranty details, insurance costs, roof cycle time, luggage practicality, visibility, or noise with the roof up or down.
