The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut is the low-drag, high-speed version of the Jesko, built around a twin-turbo V8 and a nine-speed Light Speed Transmission. Koenigsegg reports a verified 0–400–0 km/h run of 25.21 seconds, but that acceleration-and-braking result is not a measured top speed. The company and dealer pages reviewed do not state a current public price.
What the Jesko Absolut is designed to do
The Absolut and the Jesko Attack serve different priorities. Koenigsegg presents the Absolut as its low-drag configuration for very high-speed running, with a longer, smoother rear body intended to reduce drag and turbulence. The Attack is the more circuit-oriented variant. This is a difference in design intent, not the result of a controlled head-to-head test.
Koenigsegg lists the Absolut’s drag coefficient at 0.278 and describes its aerodynamic setup as optimized for high-speed stability. Its published downforce figures are 40 kg at 250 km/h and 150 kg maximum. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent measurements.

Engine, transmission and driving controls
The twin-turbo V8 is rated by Koenigsegg at 1280 bhp on gasoline and 1600 bhp on E85. The company specifies 1000 Nm of torque across 2700–6170 rpm, with a 1500 Nm maximum at 5100 rpm. These are manufacturer-published outputs; they are not independent dynamometer results.
The LST is not a conventional dual-clutch transmission. Koenigsegg describes nine forward gears and seven wet multi-disc clutches. Its UPOD system can select a non-adjacent ratio when that is the appropriate gear for acceleration, rather than limiting a shift to the next gear in sequence. That describes the manufacturer’s system design, not a comparative transmission test.

How fast is the Jesko Absolut?
Koenigsegg says factory test driver Markus Lundh completed a 0–400–0 km/h run in 25.21 seconds at Örebro airfield in Sweden on August 7, 2025. The company’s August 12, 2025 release reports 16.77 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 400 km/h and 8.44 seconds to brake from 400 to 0 km/h. It says Racelogic equipment recorded the run and Racelogic verified the data.
Koenigsegg describes the result as a 0–400–0 km/h world record for homologated road cars. The claim applies to that combined acceleration-and-braking test; it is not a top-speed record. The release says the run used the same Jesko Absolut as the car’s 2024 run and new software strategies called “Absolut Overdrive.”

| Consideration | Jesko Absolut | Jesko Attack |
|---|---|---|
| Primary design intent | Low drag and stability for very high-speed running | More circuit-oriented setup |
| Aerodynamic emphasis | Longer, smoother rear body; Koenigsegg lists 0.278 Cd | Track-focused aerodynamic configuration; a comparable figure is not stated here |
| Performance evidence in the cited sources | Manufacturer-reported 0–400–0 km/h result of 25.21 seconds, with Racelogic verification of recorded data | No comparable result established in the cited sources |
| Controlled comparison | No controlled Absolut-versus-Attack test is established in the cited sources. | |
The distinction is most useful as a guide to intended use: the Absolut emphasizes lower drag, while the Attack is aimed more squarely at circuit driving. The available figures do not support a direct lap-time or speed ranking between the two.
