Ken Block’s Hoonitruck is not confirmed to be for sale today. After it was advertised for $1.1 million in 2021, Road & Track reported that the one-off truck sold for $990,000 including fees at Barrett-Jackson’s Scottsdale auction in January 2025. The sale is the latest transaction located; it does not establish whether the truck has changed hands since.
What the Hoonitruck is
The Hoonitruck is a heavily reworked 1977 Ford F-150 built for Gymkhana Ten, not a stock classic pickup. Hoonigan announced it on October 24, 2018, and described it as a tribute in part to Ken Block’s father’s truck—the similar pickup Block learned to drive at age 15. Hoonigan’s announcement introduced the project ahead of the film.
That origin helps explain the contrast at its core: familiar vintage F-150 shape, but a bespoke competition build underneath. The published specifications show extensive changes to the engine, drivetrain, chassis, suspension and body.
How much did it cost?
| Figure | What it represents | Source and qualification |
|---|---|---|
| $1.1 million | Asking price | LBI Limited listing in 2021, reported by Road & Track and Car and Driver; not a completed sale. |
| $990,000 including fees | Reported auction sale | Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale, January 2025, as reported by Road & Track on January 27, 2025. |
These figures describe different events: the first was an asking price, while the second was the reported final sale amount including fees. Road & Track’s report supports the 2025 figure; a primary completed-lot record, exact hammer bid and buyer identity are not established here. The sale price is not a current offer or a reliable estimate of what another example would cost.

What makes the truck a one-off build
Engine and drivetrain
Hoonigan’s Hoonitruck specification sheet lists a custom-tuned, twin-turbo 3.5-liter Ford Performance/Roush Yates EcoBoost V6, with a billet-aluminum block and a Ford Performance direct-metal 3D-printed aluminum intake manifold. Hoonigan’s published output is 914 hp at 7,400 rpm and 702 lb-ft at 6,450 rpm. Power goes through a Sadev six-speed all-wheel-drive gearbox.
Chassis, body and running gear
The sheet credits Detroit Speed with chassis design and fabrication, and lists custom ST/KW suspension and hand-hammered military-grade aluminum bodywork. The styling was directed by Block and the Hoonigan team. It rode on Fifteen52 forged 20-by-11-inch Turbomac HD Beadlock wheels with Toyo Proxes ST III tires in 315/35R20.

The Hoonitruck was created for Gymkhana Ten, and its styling drew attention beyond the film: Hoonigan’s archive records that it won the Tokyo Auto Salon 2019 best “dressed” truck/SUV award. Hoonigan’s archive provides that event background.
