Media reports put its price at around $3 million in 2022, but that figure is historical—not a confirmed current price.
What the EleMMent Palazzo Superior is
The EleMMent Palazzo Superior is Marchi Mobile’s top-of-the-line Palazzo model, according to the manufacturer. Marchi calls it “the most luxurious mobile home in the world”; that is promotional language, not an independently established ranking. The vehicle combines a heavy-duty commercial-vehicle scale with amenities usually associated with a large residence.
The specifications below come from Marchi Mobile’s product page and are manufacturer-published figures, not independent measurements or test results.

Those dimensions help explain both its appeal and its practical demands: this is a 28-tonne vehicle that reaches six meters in height when its roof lounge is raised. The 13.70-meter and 12-meter versions are not simply the same body in different lengths; Marchi says the EU configuration uses a different floorplan.

What is inside the Palazzo?
The interior is arranged as a sequence of living zones rather than a single open room. Marchi lists two automatic room extensions, a lounge and bar, a kitchen, a master bedroom, and a spa area with a rainfall shower. The maker also specifies a four-meter sofa and bar furnishings that include a wine cabinet, drinks refrigeration, a coffee machine, and an ice maker.
Cockpit and driving environment
The cab uses carbon fiber and a panoramic windshield, with central digital instrumentation. Marchi describes the design as drawing on motorsport, aviation, and yachting; the aircraft-like impression is most evident in the broad forward view and cockpit styling.

Living systems and storage
Marchi lists two generators and tanks holding 800 liters each for fresh water and wastewater, plus a 250-liter fecal-waste tank. These are substantial onboard provisions, but they are manufacturer-published capacities; the product page does not establish how long a particular owner could travel between refills or servicing, which depends on use and configuration.
How the rooftop Sky Lounge works
The Palazzo’s signature feature is a rooftop Sky Lounge that lifts automatically. Marchi describes an exterior stairwell for access, lounge furniture, radiant floor heating, and an automatic safety railing. With the roof raised, the manufacturer lists the vehicle’s height as six meters, compared with four meters while driving.

The company brochure calls the vehicle a “Mobile Mansion” and describes a central control system and remote video access. These are product-description claims; they do not, by themselves, establish independent findings about ease of use, safety performance, or security.
How much does the EleMMent Palazzo cost?
Several 2022 media reports placed the Palazzo at about $3 million, but the quoted currency and amount vary. ANSA reported $3 million on February 25, 2022; La Repubblica used €3 million in a February 28, 2022 headline; and the South China Morning Post described it as nearly US$3 million on May 2, 2022. These are historical reported figures, not a verified current list price or transaction price.

La Repubblica attributed an approximately 20% reduction in fuel consumption, compared with similar-sized RVs, to Marchi Mobile. The material available does not provide a test method or independent comparative data, so that figure should be treated as a manufacturer-attributed claim rather than a verified performance result. The manufacturer product page lists the engine as a Volvo inline six-cylinder rated up to 600 HP, paired with an automatic transmission.
