CapVanGo’s RaidBox 2.0 is a removable camper module for the INEOS Grenadier, not a complete camper vehicle. Its current product page lists a retractable bed, compact kitchen, refrigerator and water storage, while saying the bed setup retains five seats in Station and Utility Wagons. A rooftop tent and awning can expand the setup, but they are separate equipment—not items to assume come with the module.
What is the Grenadier RaidBox 2.0?
RaidBox 2.0 is a removable interior fit-out designed for the INEOS Grenadier. CapVanGo describes a structure made from aluminum, stainless steel, carpet and bamboo, measuring 80 × 104 × 42 cm and weighing 90 kg. It attaches to the vehicle’s cargo-area lashing/aerodynamic rails and is described as connecting to the auxiliary battery. The format is different from a permanent camper conversion: the module is installed in the cargo area, and CapVanGo says the rear bed can retract to preserve the five seating positions in Station and Utility Wagons. The page also lists alternatives for two-seat utility vehicles, storage drawers, or a bed frame only. Confirm the exact body style, selected configuration, attachment and installation requirements with the seller before purchase.

The measurements, capacities and equipment list are CapVanGo’s published specifications; the product page does not provide independent testing results. The bed is an interior sleeping space. Its dimensions do not establish a separate sleeping capacity for the vehicle or include an additional rooftop sleeping area.
What is separate from the module?
CapVanGo’s Grenadier Raid rental configuration shows how RaidBox can sit within a broader expedition build: the described five-seat, four-sleeper rental includes RaidBox 2.0, an Alu-Cab GEN3-R rooftop tent and a 270-degree awning. The page also lists options such as jerry cans, sand plates and a compressor. Those are features of that configured rental offering, not proof that they are included in a RaidBox purchase. How does it compare with a turnkey Grenadier camper?
A removable module and a turnkey camper answer different needs. The RaidBox is a cargo-area fit-out that retains seating in the named five-seat body styles, according to CapVanGo. By contrast, Storyteller Overland announced the Grand Bohemian on March 12, 2026 as a turnkey micro-camper built on the INEOS Grenadier platform, and said it is RVIA-certified. The announcement supplies no comparable RaidBox-versus-Grand-Bohemian price, weight or independent performance data, so those are not established bases for a head-to-head verdict. Storyteller founder and CEO Jeffrey Hunter framed the vehicle as the platform for a long-held ambition, saying the company had dreamed of creating a “world’s first turnkey micro camper” and that the Grenadier was the right platform. This is company-provided promotional context for the Grand Bohemian, not an independent assessment of RaidBox or evidence that RaidBox is first or only in its category.

CapVanGo’s current RaidBox page reviewed here gives specifications but no current price. New Atlas reported on January 30, 2024 that German Grenadier outfitter Grenny 4×4 listed a RaidBox base price of €6,790, then approximately US$7,375. The same New Atlas article described an Alu-Cab Grenadier pop-top as being in research and development, with a planned Q3/Q4 2024 launch, and reported $9,999 preorder listings from some US dealers. Those were plans and listings reported in 2024; they do not establish that the pop-top launched or is available now. Current CapVanGo pages instead show rooftop tents and awnings as equipment paths, without confirming present pop-top availability.

- Body style: Confirm whether the exact module configuration fits your Station Wagon, Utility Wagon or two-seat Utility vehicle.

- Sleeping arrangement: Decide whether the interior bed is sufficient or whether you need a separate rooftop tent; do not treat the rental’s four-sleeper description as the capacity of RaidBox alone.
- Fit and electrical connection: Ask how it attaches to your vehicle’s rails, how the auxiliary-battery connection works, and what installation or removal involves.
- Current total cost: Request a current quote that identifies the module configuration, installation, taxes, delivery and any selected accessories.
