The centre’s name suggests downtown, but it is in Pickering, about 40 kilometres east of Toronto’s CN Tower. Opened to the public in June 2025, it is Canada’s first Porsche Experience Centre.
What the Porsche 911 experience is like
My takeaway was simple: driving the 911 there was a blast. The venue is designed to let drivers explore a car’s behavior in a controlled setting, with Porsche Certified Driving Instructors tailoring coaching to the driver’s needs. Porsche lists four instructor-led driving modules, but I can’t claim which ones I used or describe details of my session beyond the experience I’ve shared.
The modules include a two-kilometre driver-development handling circuit, a dynamics area, a low-friction handling circuit and a low-friction drift circle. Porsche says the low-friction areas let drivers explore oversteer, understeer, and how throttle and steering inputs affect the car. Those are descriptions of the venue’s offerings, not a record of what happened during my drive.
Where the centre is and what else is there
Porsche Experience Centre Toronto is at 1650 McEwen Drive in Pickering, Ontario, roughly 40 kilometres east of Toronto’s CN Tower, according to Porsche Cars Canada’s 2025 opening announcement. The centre is described as open year-round, but published hours can change; check Porsche’s current information before making the trip.

A visit can include more than a track session. Porsche lists five driving simulators, a café, a Porsche Lifestyle Shop, visitor areas and rooms for group and corporate events. The site’s scale makes it a destination for guests who want to spend time at the facility even if they are not driving.

For current session availability, booking terms, prices and 911 variants, use Porsche’s official booking destination. The accessible booking information does not establish the current details, so don’t treat older launch prices as today’s rates.

Porsche Cars Canada announced in 2025 that instructor-led experiences started at $850 for 90 minutes and demo laps at $140. Those were launch-announcement figures, not verified current prices or confirmation that a particular option is still offered. Check the live booking page for the details that apply to your date and chosen experience.
Porsche has also announced programs that are distinct from an ordinary driving session. In March 2026, it described Experience for HER as a 90-minute program led by female instructors, scheduled for the last Thursday of each month starting March 26, 2026, at $1,300 per person at the time of announcement. Schedule and price are specific to that program and may change; confirm current terms with Porsche.

A separate four-hour new-vehicle delivery experience includes a guided facility tour, an exclusive vehicle reveal and handover, a 90-minute drive in a comparable model, and a private two-course lunch for the purchaser and up to three guests. It is a delivery program, not a standard paid driving session.
