No—not now. Hyundai’s U.S. offer of a free NACS adapter was limited to qualifying owners of certain CCS-equipped EVs, and the redemption period ended May 30, 2025. It was never a blanket offer for every Hyundai owner. If you missed it, ask a Hyundai or Genesis dealer whether an approved adapter is currently available and what it costs.
Who qualified for Hyundai’s free adapter?
Hyundai’s offer covered current owners or lessees of specified CCS-equipped vehicles purchased or leased on or before January 31, 2025. The owner had to still own or lease the eligible vehicle when claiming; former owners did not qualify. Hyundai listed these models and years in its owner charging information and offer FAQ:

The offer was for the United States; its terms should not be assumed to apply in other markets. Hyundai’s broader U.S. announcement described Tesla Supercharger access for qualifying CCS-equipped models, not every Hyundai EV or every owner worldwide (Hyundai Motor America’s 2025 announcement).
Can you still claim it for free?
No. Hyundai said the offer ran from April 16 through May 30, 2025, and eligible owners had to place an order within 60 days of receiving an invitation. Those dates have passed, so the historical offer does not establish a current right to a free adapter. See Hyundai’s offer FAQ for the published terms.

What can owners who missed the offer do?
Hyundai’s FAQ said adapters would be available through Hyundai and Genesis dealers, with each dealer setting its own selling price. Current inventory and pricing are not established by that information. Contact a local dealer to ask whether it can supply a Hyundai-approved CCS-to-NACS DC fast-charging adapter for your exact vehicle, and confirm the price before ordering.
Which adapter does your Hyundai need?
The adapter offer concerns older CCS-equipped vehicles. A CCS-to-NACS DC adapter lets a compatible CCS vehicle connect at supported Tesla Supercharger locations; it does not make every vehicle compatible with every station. Tesla says non-Tesla CCS1 vehicles need an NACS DC adapter supplied by Tesla or the vehicle manufacturer. Check your vehicle and the specific station in the official guidance and apps before you travel (Tesla’s Supercharging guidance; Hyundai’s adapter FAQ).

CCS port
If your vehicle has a CCS port, verify that the approved adapter fits your model and that the Supercharger site supports your vehicle. Do not assume a generic adapter will work: Hyundai and Tesla both frame compatibility around approved equipment and vehicle support.

Native NACS port
Hyundai said all-new or refreshed Hyundai EVs in the United States would come exclusively with a native NACS port beginning in Q4 2024 (Hyundai Motor Company’s NACS announcement). A vehicle with a native NACS port does not need this CCS-to-NACS adapter to connect to NACS charging equipment. This is separate from any CCS adapter that may be supplied with some NACS-port Hyundai models for charging at CCS stations; check the equipment and instructions for your vehicle.

What charging speed should you expect?
Hyundai reports 95–125 kW at V3 Tesla Superchargers for Hyundai EVs, but that is not a guaranteed rate for every vehicle or session. The company says actual speeds vary with conditions including battery temperature and station usage (Hyundai owner charging information; Hyundai adapter FAQ). Hyundai’s March 2025 announcement referred to access to 20,000 Tesla Superchargers in the United States at that time; that figure is not a current station count.
