These are U.S. manufacturer prices, not guaranteed dealer transaction prices. BMW says its displayed MSRP may differ from the dealer’s sale price and excludes tax, title, license, registration and any adjusted market value. Why $127,400 is not a confirmed fully loaded price
A configured example is only one build. To call a figure the fully loaded price, it would need to reflect a complete configuration and its selected factory equipment, with an itemized total. BMW’s published page does not label the $127,400 example as the maximum, and the available pricing information does not establish a full option list or the highest possible build total.
For the exact price of a particular M5, select the 2027 Sedan in BMW’s configurator and review the build summary and equipment breakdown. The final quote should identify the vehicle’s MSRP separately from the dealer selling price and any applicable charges.

- Dealer pricing or adjustments: The dealer’s selling price can differ from BMW’s displayed MSRP.
- Taxes and government fees: State and local tax, title, license and registration charges depend on where the vehicle is registered.
- Other quote items: Dealer add-ons, accessories and any applicable incentives can affect the amount due. Ask for these to be itemized rather than assuming they are included in MSRP.
BMW’s displayed MSRP excludes the listed taxes and fees, while its purchase-flow guidance says cash estimates may include applicable taxes and fees. The precise amount depends on the build, dealer quote and location; the published figures do not support a single universal out-the-door total.
