Bentley Residences Miami is planned to let residents drive their cars directly to private garages beside their homes using four vehicle elevators called Dezervators. The 61-storey oceanfront development is planned for Sunny Isles Beach, Florida; Bentley lists 2027 as its scheduled completion year, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Where Bentley Residences is being built
The planned tower is at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Bentley announced the project’s groundbreaking in 2024. Its fact sheet describes a 2.4-acre site with 200 feet of beachfront; Bentley’s project page lists 61 storeys and 216 residences. These are developer-published project specifications. How the Dezervator car elevators are meant to work
Bentley describes four patented hydraulic vehicle elevators, branded Dezervators, that take residents and their cars toward their residence floors. The company says an RFID sticker identifies an arriving vehicle, while a dedicated LED lighting system guides the driver to one of the lifts. The intended result is a direct drive to the residence level rather than leaving the car in a conventional shared parking area. This is Bentley’s description of a planned system; it does not establish how an operating lift performs in practice.

Private garages and the penthouse exception
The project page says homes will include in-unit garage areas with up to four spaces. The fact sheet describes private three- or four-car garages. A separate 2025 penthouse announcement specifies EV charging points for up to seven cars in that penthouse configuration only; that figure should not be read as the capacity or charging provision for every residence. What Bentley has announced about the residences
Bentley presents the tower’s diamond-pattern façade and interiors as expressions of its automotive design identity. The company has also announced private heated swimming pools and summer kitchens on each balcony. These are planned features described by Bentley, rather than independently verified amenities in a completed building. In its 2025 amenities announcement, Dezer Development president Gil Dezer described the offering as an “unprecedented, exclusive amenity collection”—promotional language from the project team. Completion timing and what is not established
Bentley currently lists 2027 as the scheduled completion year. That is a developer schedule, not confirmation of completion or a guaranteed delivery date. The cited project information does not establish current construction progress, asking prices, unit availability or a binding handover date. Bentley says prospective buyers can explore the development at its Sunny Isles Beach sales gallery; current property details should be confirmed directly with the project.
