Honda lists the updated Elevate with its 1.5-litre i-VTEC DOHC petrol engine, paired with either transmission. The October 6, 2026 Honda Cars India launch release is the primary source for the updated figures. India Today also reported the same claimed values on October 7, 2026, and said the petrol powertrain remains unchanged (India Today).
How do the updated figures compare with the earlier Elevate?
Honda’s September 2023 launch release listed claimed mileage of 15.31 kmpl for the manual and 16.92 kmpl for the CVT (Honda Cars India’s 2023 release).

Are these real-world mileage figures?
No. Honda identifies 15.31 km/l and 16.61 km/l as claimed fuel-efficiency figures. The sources do not provide facelift-specific real-world mileage or explain the test protocol behind the new claims.
For context only, Autocar India reports tests of the previous Elevate at 11 kmpl for the manual and 10.8 kmpl for the CVT, against that model’s certified figures of 15.31 and 16.92 kpl (Autocar India’s prior-model test report). Those results are not tests of the 2026 facelift and should not be treated as a prediction of its mileage.

What else changed on the updated Elevate?
Honda describes the New Elevate as a refresh focused on design, cabin features and convenience, while retaining the stated 1.5-litre petrol engine and manual/CVT choices. Its release lists features including a 360-degree view camera, active ventilation for front and rear seats, and Honda SENSING. Low-Speed Follow is available on CVT variants. These updates do not, by themselves, establish a change to the vehicle’s mechanical specification (Honda Cars India).
