The CG 125’s historical post-hike figure of Rs 238,900 is Rs 400 higher than the Rs 238,500 shown in Atlas Honda’s later catalogue and the October 2026 report. The reviewed sources do not explain the difference, so the two figures should not be treated as interchangeable or used to imply a further price change.
What was given as the reason?
Business Recorder attributed the broader July 2025 increases mainly to a new tax in the FY2025–26 federal budget, citing industry sources. The reviewed evidence does not include an official Atlas Honda statement confirming that explanation; it is the report’s attribution, not a direct company quote.
