The Hennessey Venom F5 is a family of low-volume, rear-wheel-drive hypercars, not one fixed specification or price. Hennessey lists the standard Coupe at 1,817 hp; its 2025 Evolution upgrade raises the maker-claimed output to 2,031 bhp, while the 2026 F5-M pairs that power figure with an open top and six-speed gated manual. The manufacturer says the car is engineered to exceed 300 mph, but the cited material does not document a verified 300 mph run. This is a researched buyer’s overview of manufacturer-published specifications and claims, not an independent road test.

These figures are not interchangeable. The standard Coupe and Revolution output figures are distinct from the Evolution’s E85-dependent claim and the F5-M’s announced specification. The sources use both “hp” and “bhp”; the table preserves each manufacturer page’s wording rather than treating those labels as a test result.

How much does a Hennessey Venom F5 cost?
There is no single current price that applies to every Venom F5. The documented figures below belong to different products and announcements; options, taxes and later changes may affect a buyer’s quote.
- Revolution Coupe: Hennessey Performance gave a $2.7 million starting price in January 2023.
- Evolution package: Hennessey listed $285,000 in April 2025, with touring upgrades extra. This is the announced upgrade-package price, not a universal price for a complete F5.
- F5-M Roadster: Hennessey Special Vehicles announced a starting price of $2.65 million before taxes in July 2026.
- Stealth Series: Hennessey said a complete build cost above $3 million in its 2024 announcement; exact customer-specification costs were private.
For an order decision, ask Hennessey Special Vehicles to confirm the current configuration, price, taxes, options and allocation directly. An April 2025 report that a handful of Roadsters and Revolution Coupes remained available is only a snapshot from that date, not live inventory.

How fast is the Venom F5?
Hennessey says the F5 is engineered to exceed 300 mph. That is a stated target or capability claim, not proof that a production Venom F5 has completed a verified 300 mph run. The material cited here does not establish such a run or an independent road-test result.
Hennessey’s April 2025 Evolution announcement claims 0–200 mph in 10.3 seconds. In a 2024 Stealth Series announcement, the company reported a 271.6 mph development speed, a 2:10.90 production-car lap at Circuit of The Americas, and a 221.92 mph standing-half-mile result. These are manufacturer-reported figures; they should not be presented as independent verification or as results for every F5 version.
What distinguishes the Venom F5 versions?
Standard Coupe: the core specification
The current Coupe page lists a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8 with 1,817 hp, 1,193 lb-ft of torque and an 8,000-rpm maximum engine speed. Hennessey describes the car as hand-crafted in Texas with more than 3,000 bespoke parts. Its listed cabin details include an aircraft-inspired minimalist layout, yoke steering and carbon-fiber bucket seats with leather-clad pads. The page says all 24 Coupe allocations have been spoken for.
Evolution: a power and chassis upgrade
Announced April 16, 2025, the Evolution is an upgrade for new and existing F5 models. Hennessey claims 2,031 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 1,445 lb-ft at 5,200 rpm when using Shell E85, alongside revised aerodynamics and mode-adaptive suspension. Touring exhaust and seats were offered as extra-cost options in the announcement. The output and acceleration claims belong to the Evolution configuration, not the standard Coupe.

Revolution Coupe: track-focused equipment
Hennessey Performance introduced the Revolution in January 2023 as the track-focused F5. Its announced changes include revised aerodynamics, suspension and engine cooling, new wheels, a roof-mounted intake and digital track telemetry; it also lists standard carbon-ceramic brakes. Hennessey said the car weighed under 3,000 pounds and claimed more than 800 pounds of rear-wing downforce at 186 mph and more than 1,400 pounds at 249 mph. Those downforce figures are manufacturer claims, not independent measurements.
The Revolution announcement describes 1,817 bhp and an automated single-clutch gearbox. Hennessey positioned the standard Coupe around top speed, the Roadster around open-air driving and the Revolution around track performance. That is the company’s intended distinction, not a comparative test verdict.

F5-M: an open-top manual Roadster
Hennessey Special Vehicles announced the F5-M on July 6, 2026, describing it as an open-top Roadster with rear-wheel drive, a six-speed gated manual and a 2,031-bhp 6.6-liter twin-turbo Fury V8. The announcement says 12 are planned. It also highlights a redesigned carbon-fiber tub, bespoke bodywork and aerodynamics, adaptive suspension and a 55-inch dorsal fin. These are F5-M details and should not be mistaken for standard Coupe equipment.

The standard Coupe allocation is spoken for: Hennessey’s Coupe page says all 24 have been claimed. That does not establish that every F5 variant is sold out. The 2025 report of remaining Roadsters and Revolution Coupes is historical, while the July 2026 F5-M release says 12 are planned without establishing current unsold inventory. Contact Hennessey for present availability and application or order requirements.

Hennessey’s Venom F5 Coupe page includes exterior and cabin images of the Coupe. For the open-top manual, see the manufacturer’s F5-M announcement, which links to images and a design walk-around video. Check the variant label before comparing details: the Coupe cockpit imagery is not an F5-M interior, and the F5-M dorsal fin and manual console are not standard Coupe features.
What the published figures do—and do not—show
The figures above come from Hennessey Special Vehicles or Hennessey Performance announcements and model pages. They are useful for identifying the manufacturer’s stated specification, equipment and dated pricing, but they are not independent confirmation of acceleration, top speed, handling, comfort or reliability. No independent comparative test among the variants is established here, so there is no evidence-based winner ranking.
