Hennessey’s Venom F5 Revolution LF is a one-off, open-top track-focused hypercar built for collector Louis Florey. Revealed on August 15, 2025, it combines the Revolution configuration with Evolution updates, a manufacturer-rated 2,031-bhp twin-turbo V8 and a gated six-speed manual. It is not a regular-production model, and Hennessey has not disclosed its price.
What is the Venom F5 Revolution LF?
The LF is a single bespoke Venom F5 commission, created through Hennessey Special Vehicles’ Maverick division for collector Louis Florey. Hennessey unveiled it at The Quail during Monterey Car Week in California on August 15, 2025. The name reflects the customer’s initials.

Its defining combination is an open-top body in the track-focused Revolution configuration, Evolution performance updates and a traditional gated manual gearbox. Hennessey says Maverick gives a small number of customers the opportunity to work with its team on personalized Venom F5 builds; the LF is the division’s first such commission announced by the company.

Hennessey attributes the 2,031-bhp figure to the LF’s 6.6-liter Fury V8. The figure is the manufacturer’s stated output, not a published independent measurement. Top Gear’s contemporaneous report corroborated the headline configuration, power claim and manual gearbox (Top Gear).

What the Revolution and Evolution updates add
The Revolution designation identifies the F5’s track-focused configuration, while the LF also incorporates Hennessey’s Evolution changes. Those updates touch the car’s aerodynamics, suspension and structure rather than turning it into a separate mass-production model.
Aero and chassis
The LF has a revised front splitter, dive planes and fender louvres, plus a rear deck with an integrated lip spoiler and a taller rear wing. Hennessey says the XCell_2 carbon monocoque improves structural stiffness, seating ergonomics and pedal-box geometry. These are manufacturer-described design benefits; no independent LF test data is supplied for them.
Paint and exterior finish
The one-off wears River Sand Metallic paint, Cocoa Brown-tinted exposed carbon fiber and a body-color tri-stripe. Together, these bespoke choices distinguish Florey’s commission from a standard catalog specification.
Manual-focused cockpit
The cabin uses an analog-oriented layout, a redesigned center console and a milled-aluminum gated shifter. Hennessey also describes repositioned footwells and floor-mounted pedals, along with a key holster. The cockpit changes complement the H-pattern gearbox rather than treating the manual as a cosmetic detail.

Hennessey announced the LF as a one-of-one commission, not as a numbered production run. That makes it an exceptionally personalized F5 rather than a model that buyers can order in a published series. The company says its Maverick division may work with a small number of customers on other personalized builds, but that does not change the LF’s one-car status.

How much does the Venom F5 Revolution LF cost?
Hennessey did not state an LF price in its announcement, and the independent report reviewed also gives no price. The $285,000 figure published for Hennessey’s broader Evolution upgrade applies to existing Coupe, Roadster and Revolution owners, with Touring upgrades costing extra; it is not the LF’s asking price (Hennessey Evolution announcement).
Nor should the LF be assigned the price of the separate Venom F5-M Roadster. In a July 6, 2026 announcement, Hennessey listed that different manual F5 at a starting price of $2.65 million before taxes and limited it to 12 cars worldwide (Hennessey Special Vehicles via GlobeNewswire).
How the LF differs from the Venom F5-M Roadster
Both cars are open-top Venom F5s with a gated six-speed manual and a manufacturer-stated 2,031 bhp, but they are distinct models with different production status and body details.

The F5-M’s announced price and production quantity belong to that model alone. Hennessey’s announcement of its F5-M Roadster identifies a 12-car series and its own bodywork; those details do not describe the LF.
Performance claims and top speed
Hennessey presents the LF as intended to deliver high-speed poise on road or track, but the reviewed sources do not provide an independently verified LF top-speed result. The 2,031-bhp rating is a manufacturer claim, not proof of a particular acceleration time or speed record. No LF-specific independent performance test figure is established in the published material cited here.
