What made the DOOM motorcycle different?
The collaboration used a Harley-Davidson Sportster S as its base, then reworked its appearance around the dark-fantasy world of DOOM: The Dark Ages. The reported details included a dragon-head dashboard and headlight, illuminated accents, projected dragon wings, demon runes and Slayer armor motifs. Bethesda Softworks APAC managing director Simon Alty called the project “a match made in Hell,” linking the motorcycle’s power and style to the DOOM Slayer. Harley-Davidson ANZ managing director Nigel Keough described it as a custom design inspired by the Slayer’s dragon. Those comments frame the bike as a crossover celebration, rather than a new Sportster trim.
How did the custom bike compare with the production Sportster S?
The styling and one-off promotional status set the DOOM bike apart. Harley-Davidson’s current 2026 Sportster S page gives the production model’s specifications; those figures describe the 2026 motorcycle, not a separately measured or verified performance specification for the custom build.

Where was the bike shown, and could fans win it?
Reports published May 5, 2025 announced that the motorcycle would appear on Friday, May 16, at Culture Kings on George Street in Sydney, with attendees offered a chance to win it. That was a historical event announcement, not evidence of a continuing promotion. Neither report confirms the giveaway result, the bike’s present owner or location, or an entry route for people who could not attend.

Can you buy the DOOM-themed Harley-Davidson?
The cited coverage does not identify the custom motorcycle as a retail product, and Harley-Davidson’s current Sportster S page lists the production model rather than the DOOM build. Someone interested in a Sportster S can consult Harley-Davidson’s page for its current model and dealer tools, but that does not establish that the unique promotional bike is for sale.
