The company describes it as its most powerful Milwaukee-Eight engine factory-installed in a motorcycle; those are manufacturer specifications, not independent dyno results. Harley-Davidson’s specifications list a 131-bike production limit, but do not show a current price or live inventory.
Which Harley-Davidson has 153 hp?
It is the 2025 CVO Road Glide RR, a limited-production touring bagger powered by Harley-Davidson’s Screamin’ Eagle 131 engine. The 131-cubic-inch engine has an 11.0:1 compression ratio. Harley-Davidson lists 153 hp (114 kW) at 5,750 rpm and 150 ft-lb of torque at 4,750 rpm; the company identifies J1349 as its torque testing method. No independent dyno figure is provided on the manufacturer’s product page.
Harley-Davidson calls it “the most powerful Milwaukee-Eight® engine ever factory-installed in a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle.” That is the company’s claim about its factory-installed Milwaukee-Eight engines, not a ranking across all motorcycle brands or every kind of Harley-Davidson engine.
What comes with the CVO Road Glide RR?
The RR pairs street-legal equipment with parts and modes Harley-Davidson describes as race-derived. Its headline hardware includes a full titanium Akrapovič 2-into-1 exhaust co-developed with Factory Racing, carbon-fiber bodywork, billet-aluminum components, Öhlins suspension and Brembo brakes. Harley-Davidson says the exhaust weighs more than 10 pounds less than its standard Milwaukee-Eight exhaust; that comparison is the manufacturer’s statement, not an independent measurement.

Suspension, brakes and controls
The listed suspension comprises a 43-mm Öhlins FGR 253 inverted fork and 14-inch remote-reservoir rear shocks. Braking hardware includes Brembo GP4-RX calipers and T-Drive front rotors. The motorcycle also has mid-controls and a chain primary drive with a six-speed transmission.
Ride modes and rider aids
Harley-Davidson lists nine selectable ride modes. Track and Track Plus are intended for closed-course riding: they alter throttle response and rider-aid settings, while Track Plus reduces rider aids for advanced riders. They are not public-road modes. Listed electronic equipment includes ABS, traction control, linked braking, drag-torque slip control, vehicle hold control, tire-pressure monitoring and cornering variants. These systems are aids, not guarantees against a crash.

Display and audio
The bike has a 12.3-inch full-color TFT display running Skyline OS. Harley-Davidson’s technical specifications list two 6.5-inch fairing speakers and 250 watts per channel; the product description separately names Rockford Fosgate Stage III audio with 500 watts total. Those are the manufacturer’s two descriptions and should not be treated as interchangeable measurements.

How many CVO Road Glide RR bikes were made?
Harley-Davidson says the production run is limited to 131 motorcycles, each with a serialized riser clamp. The company’s official channel described the model as available only in the United States at launch in March 2025. That is a launch-market statement, not confirmation of current dealer stock or availability elsewhere. Harley-Davidson’s March 4, 2025 channel description also states the 131-unit limit.
What does the CVO Road Glide RR cost, and can you still find one?
The official U.S. product page does not publish an RR MSRP or live inventory; it directs interested buyers to request a quote. A verified Harley-Davidson dealer’s video description reported a $110,000 MSRP on July 17, 2025. That is dated dealer-reported pricing, not a current official price or a guaranteed transaction price. Because the production run is limited and the official page does not report stock, ask a Harley-Davidson dealer for a current quote and confirmation of a specific motorcycle’s availability and equipment. Do not assume the 2025 model can still be ordered simply because its product page remains online.

The 153-hp figure is Harley-Davidson’s model-year 2025 specification. The official page provides no independent dyno test or road-test result, so it should be described as manufacturer-rated output rather than independently verified rear-wheel horsepower. The same distinction applies to the listed fuel-economy estimate and the manufacturer’s hardware weight comparison.
