Next come the 2025 CVO Road Glide and the 2026 CVO Street Glide, each rated at 115 HP at 4,500 rpm. This guide ranks those four models by the peak horsepower Harley-Davidson lists on its own model pages, and it shows the model year, engine variant, and torque for each so the figures can be compared correctly.

The table below sorts the models by the peak horsepower Harley-Davidson publishes for each one. Models with the same rating share a rank.

The 127 HP ST models
The two ST models are the top of this ranking. Both use the 121 High Output engine and carry the same published rating of 127 HP / 95 kW at 4,900 rpm and 145 ft-lb of torque at 4,000 rpm. Because the official figures match, the ranking cannot separate them on power; any difference between them would come from chassis, equipment, or trim rather than the listed engine output.
2026 CVO Road Glide ST
The 2026 CVO Road Glide ST model page on harley-davidson.com lists the 127 HP rating and the 145 ft-lb torque figure above. This is the touring model with the fairing and frame layout of the Road Glide family.

2026 CVO Street Glide ST
The 2026 CVO Street Glide ST model page on harley-davidson.com lists the same 127 HP and 145 ft-lb figures. The page URL includes a colour parameter, but the power rating is not colour-specific in the figures listed.
The 115 HP models
The two non-ST models are rated at 115 HP / 86 kW at 4,500 rpm and 139 ft-lb of torque at 3,000 rpm. They use the VVT 121 engine, not the 121 High Output unit found in the ST models, which accounts for the difference in listed peak power. Note that the two models in this tier are from different model years, so the tie reflects the listed figures rather than a same-year comparison.

2025 CVO Road Glide
The 2025 CVO Road Glide model page on harley-davidson.com is the source for the 115 HP rating. The peak torque is listed at a lower rpm (3,000) than the peak horsepower, which is typical of a torque curve that rises earlier in the rev range.
2026 CVO Street Glide
The 2026 CVO Street Glide model page on harley-davidson.com lists the same 115 HP and 139 ft-lb figures as the 2025 CVO Road Glide. Harley-Davidson’s listing for this model is the basis for its position in the ranking.

How to read these figures
- These are manufacturer ratings. Harley-Davidson publishes them on its official model pages. They are not independent dynamometer results, and they are not measured wheel horsepower. Use them to compare listed specifications, not to predict how a specific bike will perform on the road.
- Horsepower and torque are separate measures. The ST models lead on horsepower and on torque, but a reader comparing torque alone should look at the rpm at which each peak occurs, because the ST torque peak is listed at 4,000 rpm and the standard torque peak at 3,000 rpm.
- Always match the model year and engine. A rating applies only to the model year and engine variant named on the official page. Do not carry a figure from one year to another, or from one engine to a different one.
- Ties are real ties in the published data. Two models with the same listed rating are ranked equal, and the ranking does not imply any further difference in performance.
What this ranking does not cover
This article is limited to the CVO models for which the official horsepower figures above are established. It is not a full ten-model list. Earlier CVO model years and CVO models outside the four listed here are not ranked, because the official ratings for them were not confirmed for this article. Horsepower should not be inferred from engine size or from a rating for a different year, since Harley-Davidson’s published figures are the only basis for the order shown.
For the current 2026 standard CVO Road Glide, this ranking uses the 2025 CVO Road Glide listing because that is the official rating established for this article. Check the Harley-Davidson model page for the year you are shopping before relying on any figure.
