The current BRABUS XLP 800 6×6 Adventure follows at €1.161 million before German VAT. After those two bespoke Mercedes-AMG-based builds, the list moves through six-wheel Hennessey conversions, the discontinued Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6, and limited-run specialty pickups costing up to half a million dollars.
This is not a simple list of the 2026 factory trucks with the highest window stickers. The upper end of the pickup market is dominated by coachbuilt conversions, third-axle engineering, hand-finished interiors, limited production, and extreme customization. Prices below are reported in their original currencies and identified as a listing, starting price, launch price, export price, or MSRP wherever possible.
How this list is ranked
“Most expensive” means the highest publicly documented asking price, launch price, builder price, or manufacturer MSRP found for a road-legal pickup or pickup conversion. That makes this a broader list than a standard new-truck MSRP chart: it includes bespoke BRABUS builds, discontinued limited-production trucks, and Hennessey conversions.
- Prices are shown in the currency reported by the source. They are not converted into a precise single-currency ranking because exchange rates, taxes, and vehicle specifications vary.
- The price labels matter. A listing price, export price, launch price, starting price, and MSRP are not interchangeable.
- Taxes, destination charges, import costs, options, armor, and customization may raise the final bill.
- Hennessey’s advertised prices generally include the donor truck. The BRABUS vehicles are bespoke, built-to-order conversions rather than ordinary factory trims.
- Manufacturer performance figures are claims. No independent hands-on testing was conducted for this ranking.

1. BRABUS XLP 900 6×6 Superblack — €1.411 million
The BRABUS XLP 900 6×6 Superblack is the clearest money-no-object leader in this group. It starts with the Mercedes-AMG G 63, then turns that luxury SUV architecture into a six-wheel-drive pickup with a lengthened frame, three portal axles, and a 900-hp 4.5-liter V8.

That third axle is not a decorative add-on. The chassis must be extended, the rear structure re-engineered, and the drivetrain adapted to send power through three axles. BRABUS also gives the vehicle the kind of hand-finished presentation expected from its Masterpiece range. The result is a pickup that sits financially closer to a hypercar or private aircraft than to a conventional full-size truck.
The important qualification is that €1.411 million is a documented price for a particular example offered for sale, not a universal current base MSRP for every XLP 900. Options, taxes, location, and the exact build can change the final figure.
2. BRABUS XLP 800 6×6 Adventure — €1.161 million before German VAT
The XLP 800 6×6 Adventure is another built-to-order BRABUS conversion based on the current-generation W 465 Mercedes-AMG G 63. BRABUS says the frame is extended by 153 centimeters to make room for the second rear axle and pickup bed. Portal axles, a handcrafted Masterpiece interior, and an 800-hp V8 complete the transformation.
BRABUS published a €1.161 million export price in Germany excluding 19% VAT for the shown configuration. That price label is crucial: a customer paying German VAT, importing the truck, or specifying additional equipment could face a substantially different total.

Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →The XLP 800 illustrates why these trucks cost so much. The premium is not simply a surcharge for an extra 100 horsepower. It reflects low-volume chassis engineering, custom bodywork, three-axle hardware, hand finishing, and the labor required to make a heavily modified G-Class function as a pickup.
3. Hennessey VelociRaptoR 6×6 — $499,999
Hennessey’s VelociRaptoR 6×6 is the American answer to the six-wheeled G-Class formula. Its advertised $499,999 price includes the base Ford F-150 Raptor R, making it a turnkey package rather than a conversion price added to a truck the buyer must supply.
The V8-powered truck is rated by Hennessey at 700 horsepower and uses six-wheel drive, an eight-foot bed, upgraded suspension, 37-inch tires, and locking rear axles. The longer bed gives it more obvious working-truck utility than many ultra-luxury 6x6s, although the price makes it far more likely to be treated as a collector or adventure vehicle than as a job-site tool.
Hennessey also specified a three-year/36,000-mile warranty and said the vehicle could be ordered through authorized Ford retailers or directly from the builder, with international shipping available. Availability and market-specific registration requirements still need to be confirmed before purchase.
4. Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6 — approximately €451,010 including German VAT at launch
The Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6 is the truck that helped define the modern luxury 6×6 category. It combined a 544-hp biturbo V8 with portal axles, multiple differential locks, six-wheel drive, and a tire-pressure-control system designed for extreme off-road use. Mercedes-Benz positioned it as a limited-production vehicle rather than a normal G-Class trim.

- Die-cast metal body. Opening doors and engine compartment.
- Full functioning steering. Four-wheel suspension.
- Detailed chassis with separate exhaust system.
- Mounted on plastic stand.
Contemporary German pricing placed the truck at approximately €379,000 before VAT and €451,010 including German VAT at launch. It is discontinued, so that figure describes what the vehicle cost when new—not necessarily what an example costs today.
Collector-market prices can be higher or lower depending on mileage, specification, provenance, and location. Classic.com reported a $647,488 market benchmark in 2026 and a recorded $500,000 sale, but those are used-market figures and should not be confused with the original MSRP or launch price.
5. Hennessey Mammoth 1000 6×6 TRX — from $449,950
The Mammoth 1000 6×6 TRX answers a simple question: what happens when a Ram TRX is given a third axle and more than 1,000 horsepower? Hennessey’s answer was priced from $449,950, including the base Ram TRX.

The conversion also received a lengthened chassis, a third axle, locking rear axles, Bilstein suspension, and 37-inch off-road tires. Hennessey limited production to 12 examples per year, a restriction that reinforces the truck’s collector status and helps explain the price.
The Mammoth is expensive for more than its output. The third-axle conversion changes the truck’s structure, driveline, suspension, and packaging, while the low production run prevents those engineering costs from being spread across thousands of vehicles.
6. Hennessey VelociRaptor 6×6 — from $399,950
The earlier VelociRaptor 6×6 is separate from the newer, more powerful VelociRaptoR 6×6. Hennessey listed the older version from $399,950, including the base Ford F-150 Raptor.
In its 2022 specification, the truck used a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 producing 558 bhp. It added an eight-foot cargo bed, dual locking rear axles, Fox suspension, 37-inch tires, and a three-inch lift. A three-year/36,000-mile warranty and international shipping availability were also part of Hennessey’s stated package.

7. Rezvani Hercules 6×6 — from $259,000
Rezvani’s Hercules 6×6 starts at $259,000. It is the armored, militarized-looking alternative in this group, with a broad, aggressive body and six-wheel drive. Rezvani advertises an available 1,000-horsepower V8, but that figure applies to an available powertrain rather than necessarily to every starting-price truck.

Rezvani’s reservation storefront lists the Hercules 6×6 as an active product reservation. A reservation, however, is not the same thing as paying the full vehicle price or taking delivery of a completed truck. Buyers should confirm the current configuration, build timeline, equipment, taxes, and final invoice directly with the manufacturer.
The $259,000 figure is a starting price. Armor, engine choices, interior equipment, and other options can move the final cost materially higher.
8. Apocalypse Juggernaut — from $249,999
Apocalypse 6×6 lists the Juggernaut from $249,999. The company’s published specifications identify a 6×6 option, a 750-hp HEMI Hellcat power option, and a massive 275-inch overall length.
Those dimensions make the Juggernaut less like a mildly modified pickup and more like a road-going off-road statement. Its price reflects the specialty-builder formula: extensive body and chassis work, unusual axle hardware, dramatic proportions, and a powerful donor-based drivetrain.
Because Apocalypse offers multiple configurations, the starting price should not be read as the cost of a fully optioned Hellcat-powered build. The 6×6 hardware and engine choice are important variables when comparing one Juggernaut to another.
9. Apocalypse Hellfire 8 — from $180,000
The Hellfire 8 is listed by Apocalypse from $180,000 and has six-wheel drive as standard. Available powertrain choices include Hellcat-tuned and 392 HEMI options.
Model names matter here. Apocalypse also lists related Hellfire and Hellfire 7 products at $149,999, but the Hellfire 8 is the more expensive pickup version in the published range and is the one included in this ranking. Treating every Apocalypse vehicle as the same model would make the price comparison misleading.
As with the Juggernaut, $180,000 is a starting price. The engine, drivetrain specification, finish, and other equipment determine where an actual build lands.
10. Hennessey GOLIATH 700 ZR2 — $139,950 MSRP
The GOLIATH 700 ZR2 is the most conventionally purchasable entry in this ranking. Hennessey announced it in March 2026 as a 100-unit limited edition based on the 2026 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2, with a stated $139,950 MSRP and availability through authorized Chevrolet dealers.

Hennessey claims 700 horsepower, 611 lb-ft of torque, and a 0–60-mph time of 4.2 seconds. The conversion also includes upgraded suspension, 35-inch tires, carbon-fiber elements, and other appearance and performance changes.

Unlike the six-wheel trucks above it, the GOLIATH 700 ZR2 remains recognizably close to a conventional factory pickup layout. That makes it easier to understand as a high-performance dealer-sold conversion, even though its limited 100-unit production and six-figure price place it far outside normal Silverado territory.
How expensive are the priciest mainstream factory pickups?
The vehicles above occupy the extreme end of the market because they are bespoke or limited-run conversions. A high-priced factory pickup is still much less expensive by comparison.
| Factory pickup | Published price reference | What the figure means |
|---|---|---|
| Rivian R1T | Starting at $119,990 | Rivian’s listed starting price; a dated offer also showed a 2026 R1T Quad Max example at $115,990. |
| 2026 GMC HUMMER EV Pickup | From $97,200 | Before destination; the 3X trim was shown from $107,995 in GMC’s build-and-price tool. |
| 2026 Ford F-450 Platinum | Starting at $96,335 | Before options. |
These mainstream figures are useful perspective, not replacements for the ranking. The Rivian R1T, HUMMER EV Pickup, and Ford F-450 Platinum are production vehicles with ordinary manufacturer sales structures. The BRABUS, Hennessey, Rezvani, and Apocalypse trucks incur the costs of low-volume engineering, specialty assembly, and individualized specification.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why do these pickups cost more than luxury cars?
Six-wheel engineering is expensive
A third axle affects the frame, suspension, brakes, driveshafts, differentials, electronic systems, steering behavior, bed structure, and weight distribution. On a G-Class-based BRABUS, the frame extension and portal-axle system are part of a major mechanical redesign. On a Ford or Ram conversion, the builder must integrate the extra axle with a production truck’s existing systems.
The donor truck is only the starting point
Hennessey’s package prices generally include a Ford F-150 Raptor, Raptor R, or Ram TRX. That makes the price easier to understand, but the donor vehicle does not account for the whole bill. The conversion adds fabrication, suspension development, driveline work, body changes, testing, finishing, and warranty support.
Low production spreads costs over very few vehicles
Hennessey’s stated limit of 12 Mammoth 1000 6×6 examples per year and the 100-unit GOLIATH 700 ZR2 run illustrate the difference between a specialty vehicle and a mass-produced pickup. Tooling, engineering, certification, parts sourcing, and assembly labor are divided among a small number of customers.
Luxury and customization can matter as much as horsepower
BRABUS’s handcrafted interiors and bespoke ordering process are central to the product. Rezvani’s armor and powertrain options can raise the Hercules well above its starting price. Apocalypse offers multiple engines and drivetrain configurations. The headline horsepower number attracts attention, but materials, trim, equipment, and personalization can have an equally large effect on the invoice.
Taxes and delivery are not minor details
The BRABUS XLP 800 price is explicitly an export price before German VAT. The G 63 6×6 launch figure is quoted both before and after German VAT. U.S. prices may exclude destination, while an imported truck can incur shipping, customs, registration, compliance, and local tax costs. A buyer should never compare a pre-tax European export price with an all-in U.S. vehicle price as though they were identical.

What buyers should verify before ordering one
- Confirm the price type. Ask whether the number is an MSRP, starting price, completed-build quote, export price, dealer price, or asking price for a specific used example.
- Confirm what is included. Check whether the donor truck, taxes, destination, shipping, warranty, and requested options are part of the quoted total.
- Confirm the exact configuration. Horsepower, armor, 6×6 hardware, interior trim, wheel and tire packages, and bed configuration can change the price substantially.
- Confirm delivery and registration. A builder may offer international shipping, but registration and road-use approval depend on the destination market.
- Confirm support. Ask who performs warranty work, where replacement parts come from, and whether a local dealer or specialist can service the converted drivetrain.
- For discontinued trucks, separate purchase price from market value. The Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6’s launch price is historical. A current collector-market transaction reflects scarcity and condition, not what Mercedes charged when new.
Are these trucks actually worth the money?
There is no universal answer because these are not priced like ordinary work trucks. A Ford F-450 or a production electric pickup may deliver more predictable serviceability and practical value. The appeal of a BRABUS, Hennessey, Rezvani, or Apocalypse build is exclusivity, visual impact, extreme mechanical specification, and the ability to own something that almost nobody else has.
For that reason, horsepower alone is a poor way to judge the list. The 1,000-hp figures on some trucks do not explain a million-euro price. The bigger drivers are the third axle, custom frame, portal axles, hand-built interior, limited production, donor-truck inclusion, specialized warranty obligations, and the amount of work performed on each individual vehicle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these all current manufacturer MSRPs?
Not exactly. This ranking combines publicly documented listing prices, builder prices, manufacturer starting prices, launch prices, and one MSRP. Those figures are labeled individually, and they are not perfectly interchangeable. Taxes, options, shipping, donor vehicles, and customization can change the final cost.
Can you still buy every truck on this list?
The Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6 is discontinued. The BRABUS vehicles are bespoke, built-to-order conversions, while Hennessey, Rezvani, and Apocalypse vehicles have varying production and ordering arrangements. Buyers must confirm current availability, delivery timing, and local registration requirements with the builder or dealer.
Do the listed prices include the donor pickup?
Hennessey’s advertised conversion prices generally include the base donor truck, such as an F-150 Raptor, Raptor R, or Ram TRX. BRABUS builds are bespoke, and other specialty builders may quote a starting price that changes with the selected engine, armor, drivetrain, interior, and other options.
Why are so many of the most expensive pickups 6×6 trucks?
A third axle can improve traction and load distribution in some off-road situations, but it also adds weight, mechanical complexity, cost, and maintenance requirements. These trucks are built as extreme luxury or adventure machines, not necessarily as the most efficient work pickups.
The Bottom Line
The BRABUS XLP 900 6×6 Superblack tops this research-backed list at a documented €1.411 million for a specific example, followed by the €1.161 million BRABUS XLP 800 6×6 Adventure. Below them are Hennessey’s six-wheel Ford and Ram conversions, the discontinued Mercedes-AMG G 63 6×6, and a group of extreme specialty-built trucks.
This is best understood as a ranking of 10 of the most expensive publicly documented road-legal pickups and pickup conversions, not a definitive list of every private commission or collector transaction in the world. The final cost of any one of these trucks depends on tax, location, options, customization, and whether the quoted figure is a starting price or a completed build.
