No verified ranking of ten full-size SUVs with standard third-row seating exists yet. The 2026 manufacturer listings we could confirm give base prices for six models, and only one of them, the Chevrolet Suburban LS 2WD, states a standard eight-seat layout. The lowest verified starting price is the Nissan Armada at $58,840, but its base-trim third row is not confirmed, so it cannot be named the cheapest full-size SUV with three standard rows.
How “full-size” is defined here
This article uses each manufacturer’s own label: a model qualifies as a candidate when the maker calls it a full-size, large, or three-row SUV. Using one definition for every entry keeps the comparison fair, and it avoids counting a compact crossover that happens to offer a small rear bench.
Verified 2026 base prices and third-row status
Each figure is the manufacturer’s starting or base MSRP for the named trim. None of them is an out-the-door price, and the source listings do not state destination charges, so treat the numbers as a starting point rather than a final cost.

Reading the three-row column carefully
The table separates three things that are easy to blur together: a maximum seat count, a model’s classification, and what the base trim includes as standard. Only the Suburban meets the last test in the verified material. The Tahoe’s three-row classification is useful context, but it is not the same as a confirmed standard third row on the LS 2WD. The Armada’s eight-seat label tells you what the vehicle can carry, not what every base trim ships with.

A ranked list of ten needs ten verified prices and ten confirmed seating layouts. The current official sources support six base prices. The Ford Expedition has no verified consumer starting price, and the GMC Yukon XL and Ford Expedition MAX lack confirmed third-row standard-equipment details. Filling those gaps with estimates would turn a price comparison into guesswork, so this article does not rank them.

How to verify a base trim yourself
- Select the 2026 model year on the manufacturer’s website before comparing anything.
- Open the base trim named in the price, such as LS 2WD for the Tahoe and Suburban.
- Check the standard-equipment or specifications list for the seating layout. Do not rely on a “seats up to 8” headline or on a package that adds a third row as an option.
- Compare MSRPs only between vehicles with the same drivetrain. The Tahoe and Suburban figures are 2WD, and the other listings do not state drivetrain.
- Add destination charges and dealer fees to see the real out-the-door price before deciding which model is cheapest for you.
