What was the Forza Insiders program?
Turn 10 announced Forza Insiders on August 28, 2024, as a way for players to contribute feedback and participate in the development of Forza Motorsport. Its headline promise of “early access” meant a chance to join selected playtests of future updates—not guaranteed early access for everyone who signed up. Turn 10’s launch announcement described tests covering content, features, fixes, and other changes.

How did playtest selection work?
Players interested in testing were asked to opt into playtests and identify the platforms on which they played. Turn 10 said selection would be very limited at first as the team expanded testing capacity. Invitations depended on region, hardware, and other criteria set by the team; the studio had not scheduled the first test when it announced the program. Signing up therefore expressed interest, but did not secure a place in a test.
What else could Insiders do?
Complete surveys
The launch plan included regular surveys on Forza games, prospective features, and concepts. Turn 10 said participants who completed surveys could receive additional Forza Motorsport credits.

Discuss the game with the community and developers
Insiders were also offered an exclusive forum section to discuss those topics with other participants and Turn 10 developers. Playtest participants could receive additional in-game credits as well. The announcement mentioned that further rewards might be revealed later, but did not establish them as guaranteed benefits.
What did the program accomplish?
In its December 2025 conclusion notice, Turn 10 reported that more than eight playtests had involved thousands of players. The studio said testing helped its teams monitor stability and other feature data, while forum feedback contributed to changes involving car and track combinations, balance of performance, and other features. Is Forza Insiders still open?
No. Turn 10 said it was concluding the program “in its current form.” The notice said the Forza.net/Insiders signup page would be taken offline and the Insiders Discussion forums archived on December 31, 2025. It also said general Forza forums would remain available; those forums are not a way to join the concluded Insiders program.

In its December 16, 2025 year-in-review, Turn 10 said it did not plan to add new cars, tracks, or features to Forza Motorsport, or to continue regular bug fixes. The studio said it planned to keep servers active, run special events and competitions, and bring back previously released Featured Tours and reward cars monthly.
