Ford’s Maverick 300T was a Ford Custom Garage project vehicle shown at the 2025 SEMA Show—not a confirmed production trim. Ford estimated 300 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque for the 2025 Maverick AWD 2.0-liter EcoBoost build, but the company’s announcement of a customer kit planned for 2026 does not establish that it is currently for sale or disclose a price.
What is the Ford Maverick 300T?
The 300T is Ford’s customized, higher-output Maverick concept, presented as a Ford Custom Garage project at SEMA 2025. It combines engine upgrades with suspension, exhaust, wheel, tire and appearance changes. Ford said it planned a version of the project kit for customers in 2026, but that announcement alone is not confirmation of current orderability.
Ford described the build as an answer to owners seeking more power and personalization. Matt Simpson, Ford’s executive director of Accessories and Personalization, said: “Maverick owners are some of the most passionate and creative enthusiasts we have.”
How much horsepower does the Maverick 300T make?
Ford estimated output at 300 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque—an estimated gain of 50 horsepower and 40 lb-ft over stock. These are Ford’s engineering estimates, not independently measured results from a road or dynamometer test. The central hardware change is a turbocharger sourced from the 2.3-liter Mustang EcoBoost, paired with Ford’s ProCal 4 calibration and a Mishimoto intercooler. Ford says the upgraded turbo has a 59 mm compressor wheel, compared with 53 mm for stock.

Ford says the intercooler is 58.8% larger than stock. SEMA’s recap separately repeats claims of 39.6% lower temperature and 20.1% lower pressure drop, while Ford’s component list describes 13% improved efficiency. Those figures refer to different stated metrics; the available descriptions do not reconcile the efficiency wording, so they should not be treated as interchangeable.
Will the Maverick 300T kit fit a 2025 EcoBoost AWD?
Ford named a specific intended application: 2025 Maverick AWD XL, XLT and Lariat models equipped with the 2.0-liter EcoBoost. Ford recommended the 4K Tow Package, saying it helps ensure the drivetrain and cooling systems can handle the added performance. That stated fitment should not be extended to hybrid or front-wheel-drive Mavericks, other trims, or other model years without current fitment confirmation.

Ford’s 2025 announcement said the package was designed to be 50-state legal and covered by a 3-year/36,000-mile Ford Performance Parts warranty when installed by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician. Those were the announced terms, not a substitute for current written product, emissions and warranty documentation. Confirm the applicable terms and local requirements before buying or installing a package.

- Engine and cooling: a Mustang 2.3-liter EcoBoost-sourced turbocharger with a 59 mm compressor wheel, ProCal 4 performance calibration and a Mishimoto high-performance intercooler.
- Exhaust: a Borla sport cat-back exhaust with black chrome tips.
- Suspension and body: a Lobo lowering kit and dampers, Lobo stabilizer bar and bushings, and an Air Design front spoiler. Ford stated the stabilizer bar rate as 34.7 N/mm, versus 29.9 N/mm stock. The build also used performance-tuned lowering springs—10 mm at the front and 30 mm at the rear—and upgraded monotube rear dampers.
- Wheels and tires: 20-by-8-inch Mach-E GT wheels with black chrome lug nuts. Ford recommended Pirelli P ZERO ELECT tires in size 245/45R20, but those were not included in the project package; the SEMA display vehicle wore Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
- Appearance: a choice of Black or Bronze scheme, 300T graphics, Ford Performance rear badge and fender vent kit, Tufskinz bronze tailgate lettering, and Ford Performance floor mats.
Is the Maverick 300T available to buy, and how much does it cost?
Ford’s 2025 materials said a version of the project kit was planned for customers in 2026. They do not establish whether it became orderable by October 8, 2026, and they give no package price. Ford’s 2026 Maverick configurator and order guide describe current vehicle offerings, but do not confirm that the 300T package reached sale. Ask a Ford dealer or Ford Performance Parts for current availability, exact contents, installed pricing and fitment documentation before treating the SEMA build as a purchasable package.
