An AutoSpies report summarizing CarBuzz coverage called that the 103rd Ford recall campaign of 2025. That is a dated campaign tally—not the number of vehicles affected—and it is not established here as an official or year-end total.

The seven campaign numbers in the contemporaneous compilation are 25V512, 25V513, 25V515, 25V516, 25V517, 25V518, and 25V519. The issues span axle hardware, brake assist, parking lights, an instrument-panel repair, window reversal, and exterior lighting. That is the population figure in the agency’s acknowledgement, not a count of confirmed failures or proof that every F-150 in the listed years is included. Eligibility is limited to certain 2023–2025 F-150s equipped with the Trailer Tow Max Duty package and the specified 9.75-inch heavy-duty axle configuration.

What can happen
The rear axle hub bolt may fatigue and break. NHTSA says the failure can damage the hub splines and may lead to the vehicle rolling away while parked if the parking brake is not applied, or to loss of drive power.
What the recall remedy is
Dealers will replace both rear axle shaft assemblies at no charge. Owners should confirm that this campaign applies to their specific vehicle and arrange the recall repair through a dealer.

Exterior-lighting campaign 25V519
NHTSA lists 21,765 potentially involved vehicles in campaign 25V519: certain 2025 Lincoln Nautilus, Ford Mustang Mach-E, and Ford Mustang vehicles. A possible LED driver module defect can cause exterior lighting failure. The model names alone do not show whether an individual car is included; use the vehicle lookup before assuming eligibility.
