Floyd Mayweather Jr. sold his waterfront mansion at 288 South Coconut Lane on Palm Island in Miami Beach for a reported $22 million in November 2024. The home later sold again for $18.5 million in 2026, according to The Real Deal.
What Mayweather’s $22 million sale refers to
The $22 million figure is the reported price when Mayweather sold the Miami Beach property to an LLC in November 2024. Realtor.com reported the sale in December 2024, describing it as apparently off market. The Real Deal later reported that the same home changed hands again in 2026 for $18.5 million.
| Transaction | Reported price | Timing and source |
|---|---|---|
| Mayweather’s sale | $22 million | November 2024; reported by Realtor.com and The Real Deal |
| Later resale | $18.5 million | 2026; reported by The Real Deal |
The later reported price is $3.5 million below the 2024 reported price. That comparison alone does not establish either owner’s profit or loss; costs, financing, and other transaction details are not established in the cited reporting.
Where the mansion is and what was reported about it
The house is at 288 South Coconut Lane on Palm Island in Miami Beach, Florida. Realtor.com described it as a three-story waterfront home with nine bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Its December 2024 report also listed a 5,000-square-foot rooftop, theater, gym, game room, elevator, four garages, and a private dock. Those are details reported by Realtor.com, not independently verified measurements here.

The Real Deal reported that Mayweather sold the home to an LLC. A complaint filed in New York County on May 21, 2026 identifies Fojoso, LLC as the entity holding title to the Coconut Lane property. That identification is a statement in a party’s court filing, not a judicial finding about the sale. The complaint is available at New York State Courts Electronic Filing.
