It leads the later-published GTC4Lusso V12 (690 hp/CV) and the Ferrari FF (660 hp). The list covers Ferrari road cars from the 612 Scaglietti onward, including both four-seat models and 2+ GTs; those labels do not mean the rear seats offer the same space.
How this modern Ferrari ranking is defined
“Four-seat Ferrari” can describe different layouts. Ferrari uses categories including four-seat and 2+; a 2+ is a GT with limited rear accommodation, not a promise of four-adult space. This ranking includes Ferrari road cars from the 2004 612 Scaglietti onward that have rear seats, including the Roma and Roma Spider. The Purosangue is Ferrari’s first four-door, four-seat model, with a layout intended to accommodate four adults and make rear-seat entry easier, according to Ferrari Magazine.
The order follows Ferrari-published maximum power for each named model or variant. Ferrari’s materials variously use “hp” and “cv/CV,” and do not provide one harmonized measurement method across every car here. The figures below retain the labels used in the cited Ferrari sources; they should not be read as a laboratory comparison under a single market’s standard.

1. Ferrari Purosangue — 725 hp/CV
At the top is the Purosangue, Ferrari’s first four-door, four-seat model. Ferrari’s 2024 annual report lists 725 hp, while its technical sheet gives 725 cv for the naturally aspirated 6,496 cc V12. The different unit labels reflect the source material; they are not evidence of a single cross-model test standard. Ferrari’s 2024 annual report and the Purosangue model page and technical material provide the published figures.

2. Ferrari GTC4Lusso V12 — 690 hp/CV
The GTC4Lusso V12 ranks second using Ferrari’s later-published 690 figure: the 2019 annual report says 690 hp, and Ferrari’s model page gives 690 CV for its 6,262 cc V12. Ferrari’s 2016 launch prospectus instead listed 680 hp. That earlier launch specification is a different published figure, so it should not be silently substituted for or blended with the later one. Sources: Ferrari’s 2019 annual report, the GTC4Lusso model page, and Ferrari N.V.’s 2016 prospectus.
3. Ferrari FF — 660 hp
Ferrari’s 2015 filing lists the FF’s V12 at 660 hp and describes the car as four-wheel drive. Ferrari later identified the FF as the predecessor technology reference for the GTC4Lusso’s four-wheel-drive system. The output is reported in Ferrari N.V.’s 2015 filing.

4. Ferrari Roma — 620 hp
The Roma is a 2+ GT, so it belongs here only because this ranking includes Ferrari models with rear seats rather than limiting the scope to cars Ferrari classifies as four-seat. Ferrari’s 2019 annual report lists 620 hp. Source: Ferrari’s 2019 annual report.
5. Ferrari Roma Spider — 620 cv
Ferrari explicitly describes the Roma Spider as a V8 2+ spider. Its announcement and technical sheet give 620 cv, also expressed as 456 kW in the sheet. As with the Roma coupe, its 2+ designation signals a different kind of rear accommodation from a four-adult layout. Sources: Ferrari’s Roma Spider announcement and the Roma Spider technical material.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What the ranking says—and what it does not
On Ferrari’s published numbers, the Purosangue leads this set, followed by the GTC4Lusso V12 and FF. The Roma and Roma Spider qualify because their 2+ layouts include rear seating, but that does not make their back seats equivalent to the Purosangue’s four-seat cabin. Ferrari’s marketing chief Enrico Galliera put the company’s approach to the Purosangue succinctly: “We like to be unpredictable.”
The horsepower labels are useful for ordering Ferrari’s published specifications, not for claiming every car was rated under identical testing and market conventions. For model-to-model comparisons, keep the variant and the date of the cited figure attached to the number—particularly for the GTC4Lusso V12, whose launch prospectus figure differs from Ferrari’s later published output.
