The BYD Hiace 07 EV—also rendered as Haishi 07 EV in some English coverage—is a China-market electric mid-size SUV, not the Toyota Hiace van. A 2024 launch report describes three powertrain configurations, two reported range versions and fast-charging features, but it does not verify voice control or establish current specifications across markets.
What the 2024 launch report says
Eda Auto Group reported the Hiace 07 EV’s China launch on May 23, 2024, describing it as the first model on BYD’s e-platform 3.0 Evo. Its figures are launch-era details, not a current official specification sheet or independently tested results. Eda Auto Group’s launch report gives a launch price range of 189,800–239,800 yuan; that is not a current quote.

| Two-wheel drive | 170 kW or 230 kW | 550 km or 610 km; the report does not map each range figure to a specific motor option |
| All-wheel drive | 160 kW and 230 kW motors | 550 km or 610 km; the report does not identify which range applies to this configuration |
These are reported launch configurations, not confirmation of a present-day lineup. The source does not establish which trims or combinations are currently offered.

How to interpret the reported range
The launch report gives 550 km and 610 km as range variants. It does not establish a comparable test cycle across markets or provide independently verified real-world results. Treat the figures as launch-report claims rather than a direct prediction of the distance a particular buyer will drive between charges.
What is known about charging?
The report describes fast-charging features and the e-platform 3.0 Evo, but does not provide a connector type, charging curve, or verified charging time. Those details—and charger compatibility—should be checked against an official specification sheet for the vehicle’s market and trim before planning a purchase or charging setup.

Quick Recap
Best Value
- Bolt-On Design with Factory Mounting Points: This set installs directly onto your vehicle's existing wheel well hole
- Thermoplastic Construction: The guards are made from a durable ABS blend that offers good rigidity and impact resistance. This material is selected to handle exposure to rain, snow, slush, and loose gravel without deforming or cracking over time
- Clear Labeling for Hassle-Free Setup: Each mud flap is marked with directional indicators to simplify placement during installation. This design feature helps you align each guard correctly, reducing installation time and guesswork
- Reduces Buildup on Underbody and Panels: By blocking road spray and debris thrown from the tires, these splash guards help minimize the accumulation of mud, salt, and sand on your vehicle's lower body, doors, and rear bumper
- Sleek Profile That Complements Your Vehicle: The guards are precision-molded to follow the wheel well contours, resulting in a clean appearance that blends.
Rank #4
- Material Composition: Constructed with composite fabric that resists water penetration, surface scratches, and tearing. The supporting frame uses aluminum alloy for structural stability.
- Installation Method: Offers two placement options. For vehicles with factory slots, the cover snaps directly into place. For models without slots, the included mounting hardware provides an alternative attachment method.
- Privacy Protection: Creates an opaque barrier across the rear cargo area, limiting outside visibility into the trunk and keeping stored items out of sight.
- Space Utilization: Divides the trunk into upper and lower sections. The upper surface supports lightweight items for convenient access while the lower area remains available for larger cargo.
- Retractable Operation: The cover extends when needed and rolls back when full trunk height is required. The mechanism operates smoothly for daily use.
