The RMB01 is a limited-production, track-focused motorcycle developed by Brough Superior with watchmaker Richard Mille. Brough Superior’s 24 June 2025 announcement said it was scheduled to be unveiled at Le Mans Classic on 3 July 2025; that announcement gives the planned date, but does not independently confirm the event took place. The manufacturer lists a 997cc V-twin producing 130 hp and a production run of 150 motorcycles.
What the RMB01 is—and what the announcement confirms
Brough Superior’s 24 June 2025 press release described the RMB01 as a collaboration with Richard Mille and scheduled its unveiling for 3 July 2025 during the 12th Le Mans Classic. The release is evidence of the announced schedule, not independent confirmation of the event’s completion.
The same release set a production limit of 150 motorcycles. It describes Brough Superior as founded in Nottingham in 1919 by George Brough and revived in France in 2013; these are company-history statements from the manufacturer’s announcement.
Design and engineering
Brough Superior presents the RMB01 as a track-focused motorcycle inspired by early board-track racers. Its official product page describes an elongated tank, minimalist seat, exposed engine and aerodynamic elements. Those descriptions reflect the manufacturer’s design framing, rather than an independent assessment.

Chassis and engine
- Engine: 997cc, water-cooled, DOHC 88-degree V-twin.
- Power: 130 hp.
- Transmission: Six-speed cassette gearbox.
- Structure: CNC-machined aluminium frame with the engine serving as a structural element, plus a forged-carbon exoskeleton.
These are specifications published by Brough Superior, not results from an independent test. The manufacturer also says that 160 kg of raw aluminium yields 23 kg of finished engine parts; that is its manufacturing claim, not an independently verified material-yield measurement.
Suspension and dimensions
Brough Superior specifies a Fior-type, CNC-machined aluminium front fork with articulated links and an adjustable monoshock. Published suspension travel is 85 mm at the front and 113 mm at the rear. Listed dimensions are 2,114 mm long, 725.5 mm wide, with an 808 mm seat height and 1,493 mm wheelbase.

How many versions are there?
The official pages do not agree on the count. Brough Superior names four entries, while Richard Mille names three:

Price and how to enquire
Brough Superior says buyers can pre-order online, contact its Toulouse showroom or approach a distributor, and that the price is the same through those listed routes. The page does not provide a general price figure.
The Japanese distributor’s RMB01 listing shows ¥46,926,000 including Japan’s 10% VAT. It excludes optional equipment, registration fees, taxes other than that VAT, maintenance and delivery preparation; the distributor also says prices may change without notice. This is a Japan-specific listed price, not a global quote or confirmation of current inventory.

What the sources do not establish
The official pages provide manufacturer specifications and a production limit, not independent road or track test results. They also do not establish road legality in any particular jurisdiction. A buyer would need to check local homologation, registration and use requirements with the relevant authority or distributor rather than assume that a track-focused motorcycle is road-legal.
Richard Mille’s page attributes this description to Thierry Henriette, President of Brough Superior: “Born from the encounter of two mechanical enthusiasts, this machine, both a leaping jaguar and a sprinter, full of power and femininity, will remain an unforgettable experience for the team.” It is Henriette’s personal characterization, not a technical specification.
