BRABUS’s 2026 900 Rocket Edition is a heavily modified W 465 Mercedes-AMG G 63, not a factory Mercedes-AMG trim. BRABUS says it will build 30 worldwide. The company claims 900 hp, a 3.7-second 0–100 km/h time and a 240 km/h electronically limited top speed.
What is the BRABUS 900 Rocket Edition?
It is BRABUS’s limited-production interpretation of the current G 63, the W 465-generation G-Class. The name is not unique to this vehicle: BRABUS has used “900 Rocket Edition” for earlier, distinct cars. Its current product page describes an extensively re-engineered V8 Biturbo powertrain based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63 powertrain. BRABUS announced the 2026 edition on 15 January 2026 and stated that production is limited to 30 units worldwide.
That makes “G-Wagen” or “G-Wagon” a useful shorthand, but the precise identification matters: this is a BRABUS conversion based on the W 465 Mercedes-AMG G 63, rather than a separate Mercedes-Benz model or trim.

These are manufacturer figures, not independent test results. The torque figure includes an important qualification: although BRABUS lists a 1,250 Nm maximum, it says the output is electronically limited to 1,050 Nm.
What makes the exterior and cabin different?
BRABUS gives the G-Class a tailor-made carbon-fiber exterior treatment. Its announced finishes include Stealth Gray signature paint and Signature Black, with an illuminated carbon-fiber grille frame and emblem and a carbon rear spoiler.

The equipment and trim are part of the bespoke conversion, rather than standard Mercedes-AMG G 63 specification.
What are its published fuel-consumption and CO2 figures?
BRABUS lists combined fuel consumption of 14.8 l/100 km and combined CO2 emissions of 338 g/km, with CO2 class G. These are the company’s combined WLTP figures; they are not independent real-world measurements. The figures are published on the BRABUS product page.

How does the 2026 edition differ from the earlier Rocket Editions?
The Rocket Edition name has been applied to different vehicles, so their specifications should not be combined. BRABUS’s 2021 G 63-based edition and its separate GLE 63 S Coupe-based edition are not the same car as the 2026 W 465 G 63.

The earlier G 63 edition’s figures come from BRABUS’s 17 June 2021 announcement. The GLE-based edition was a separate vehicle, not a G-Wagen; its specifications are in BRABUS’s 2021 GLE 63 S Coupe announcement. The current edition’s 240 km/h limit is lower than the earlier G 63’s 280 km/h figure, despite the shared Rocket Edition name.

BRABUS states that production of the 2026 W 465 G 63-based edition is limited to 30 units worldwide. Its announcement presents the vehicles for sale and invites inquiries, but the reviewed official material does not state a current purchase price or confirm availability by country.
