There is no single Brabus G-Wagon price. BRABUS builds its cars from Mercedes-AMG G 63 donor vehicles, and the final figure changes with the model, interior, wheels, paint, options, taxes, and delivery location.
For a current benchmark, a U.S.-market 2027 Mercedes-AMG G 63 starts at $198,750 MSRP before options and charges. A complete BRABUS 800 SUPERBLACK currently appears on BRABUS Germany’s sales site at €565,935.68 gross, while the limited BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION is listed at €678,144.82 gross. Those German prices are ex works in Bottrop—not U.S. drive-away prices.

What is the starting point for a BRABUS G-Wagon?
BRABUS does not sell a normal Mercedes-Benz factory trim called “BRABUS G 63.” It modifies Mercedes-AMG G 63 vehicles and offers complete, individually specified cars. That distinction matters when comparing prices: a BRABUS performance package is not the same purchase as a finished BRABUS supercar with carbon bodywork, forged wheels, exhaust, brakes, and a custom interior.
The current BRABUS 800 SUPERBLACK and BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION are based on the W465-generation Mercedes-AMG G 63. The donor G 63 itself uses a handcrafted 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine with hybrid assistance and produces 577 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque.

The BRABUS 800 listing states an estimated six- to nine-month availability period after ordering. Both current models are sold through an inquiry-based process and can be configured with individual exterior and interior specifications.
These figures should not be converted directly into a U.S. out-the-door price. A buyer may also face transport from Germany, import duties, customs costs, registration, state and local taxes, compliance work, insurance, and dealer or broker fees. Options can add substantially to the displayed price.
BRABUS 800 SUPERBLACK performance
The 800 SUPERBLACK uses the BRABUS PowerXtra B40S-800 performance package. Its 3,982-cc V8 produces 800 hp, or 588 kW, and 1,000 Nm of torque—equivalent to approximately 737 lb-ft.

The conversion includes specially developed turbochargers, a valve-controlled sports exhaust, BRABUS carbon-fiber body components, upgraded brakes, and a bespoke Masterpiece interior. The result is 223 hp more than the current U.S.-market G 63, but the improvement in acceleration is much smaller than the power increase suggests: 0–60 mph falls from the AMG’s estimated 4.2 seconds to 4.0 seconds.
That is expected for a tall, heavy SUV. Traction, curb weight, gearing, tires, and the electronic speed limiter all influence the result. The 800’s 149-mph top speed is also not dramatically higher than what buyers might expect from a high-output performance SUV.
BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION performance
The BRABUS 900 is more than a calibration upgrade. BRABUS increases engine displacement to 4,407 cc—often described as a 4.5-liter V8—and uses a custom crankshaft, forged pistons, special connecting rods, larger turbochargers, higher-capacity fuel pumps, revised engine software, and a high-performance exhaust system.

The headline torque figure needs context. BRABUS quotes a maximum of 1,250 Nm, but says the torque is electronically limited to 1,050 Nm for everyday drivetrain protection. It is therefore inaccurate to describe the car as delivering an unrestricted 1,250 Nm in normal use.

With 900 hp, the Rocket Edition adds 323 hp over the current G 63 and reaches 60 mph in a claimed 3.7 seconds. Its top speed is still electronically limited to 240 km/h, or 149 mph. The current W465 version is not the same car as the older W463A Rocket Edition, which was listed with a 280-km/h limit and a 25-car production run.

The comparison shows why BRABUS buyers are paying for more than straight-line acceleration. The 800 and 900 deliver exceptional output, rare production status, extensive carbon-fiber styling, specialized hardware, and a hand-finished cabin. Their prices also reflect the complete-vehicle conversion and customization rather than only the cost of an engine upgrade.

What can change the final price?
- Donor vehicle: The base G 63 and its equipment establish part of the starting cost before BRABUS work begins.
- Powertrain choice: The 900’s larger engine and supporting hardware make it a different conversion from the 800.
- Interior specification: Leather, stitching, carbon trim, steering-wheel design, and other Masterpiece details are individually configurable.
- Exterior and wheels: Paint, carbon components, exhaust finish, wheel design, and brake specifications can alter the total.
- Delivery market: European gross pricing does not include the complete cost of importing and registering the vehicle elsewhere.
BRABUS also cautions that performance figures can vary with equipment, curb weight, gearing, tires, transmission, and aerodynamic parts. Its stated test-related deviation can be approximately plus or minus 5 percent, so the published acceleration number should be treated as a claimed specification rather than a guarantee for every configuration.
Which BRABUS G-Wagon is the better buy?
The BRABUS 800 SUPERBLACK is the more rational choice for a buyer who wants a highly exclusive G 63 with 800 hp, a major visual transformation, and a lower price than the Rocket Edition. The BRABUS 900 ROCKET EDITION is aimed at collectors who value the larger-engine conversion, 900-hp output, limited production of 30 cars, and maximum specification.

Neither is a value purchase based solely on acceleration. The AMG G 63 already costs nearly $200,000 before options, and the complete BRABUS vehicles are priced at roughly three times that U.S. MSRP before import-related expenses. The premium is primarily for rarity, engineering, craftsmanship, and personalization.
