The BRABUS 820 is a BRABUS-developed upgrade for the Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet, not a separate factory Porsche model. BRABUS says its P38S-820 conversion raises the donor car’s rated output from 478 kW/650 hp and 800 Nm to 603 kW/820 hp and 950 Nm. Those are manufacturer figures, not independently verified test results.
What the BRABUS 820 is
BRABUS describes the 820 as a customized Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. The company’s history page identifies it as its first product based on a Porsche model and dates its official reveal to 2022. That is BRABUS’s own account of the launch. BRABUS history
The performance conversion is identified as the P38S-820. It builds on the Turbo S rather than replacing Porsche’s model with a standalone BRABUS platform; exterior, wheel, suspension and cabin specifications can depend on the particular vehicle.

BRABUS’s 2022 press release attributes the figures below to a 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six. Its release gives both hp and bhp, which are not interchangeable labels: it specifies 820 hp (809 bhp), alongside 603 kW. BRABUS 2022 press release

BRABUS calls the performance values approximate: results can vary with vehicle type and equipment, tare weight, final gear reduction, wheel-and-tire combination, gearbox and aerodynamic add-ons. What BRABUS changes
For the P38S-820 power upgrade, BRABUS lists two special turbochargers with larger compressor units, larger turbine wheels and modified VTG adjustment. The launch specification also describes exposed-carbon aerodynamic components, height-adjustable BRABUS sport springs and staggered 21- and 22-inch BRABUS Monoblock Z “PLATINUM EDITION” forged wheels. A complete car listing is not a model MSRP
A separate BRABUS listing showed one 820 cabriolet at a gross asking price of €405,157.25, with 2,895 km listed mileage and a particular equipment specification.
