The report describes the iX4 as an electric coupe-SUV related to the iX3 and intended to succeed the X4, but the images have not been established as official or independently authenticated.
What the leaked images reportedly show
Electrek’s Peter Johnson reported on October 6, 2026, that images attributed to @Kero_Wolf had leaked online. The article describes a rakish, fastback-like roofline and an interior resembling BMW’s Neue Klasse layout. Those are details in a secondary report, not verified specifications from BMW.
The report says the cabin includes a 17.9-inch central touchscreen and BMW Panoramic Vision head-up display. BMW has not been established as confirming those iX4 details. Electrek’s report is the source for the leak and the design descriptions.
